My son and daughter-in-law own this studio. I am 75 and have been on the program for 10 weeks as of August 22 2024. I am going once a week for 20 minutes and then a five minute cardio and cool down. Being a former Big Ten Athlete and a Physical Education teacher, I have always tried to stay in shape. After 10 weeks, I have seen improvement in my muscle strength, muscle tone, endurance, and flexibility. I play pickleball, golf, dance Zumba, Salsa, Bachata, Swing and walk some.
