Petco is a well-known retail chain that specializes in providing a wide range of pet supplies, including food, toys, grooming products, and more. As you mentioned, Petco is also one of the few places where you can find Honest Kitchen products, which is a big plus for pet owners who prefer high-quality, natural food for their furry friends.
In my experience, Petco stores are usually well-stocked and have a good selection of products for various pets. The stores are clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which makes shopping for your pet a hassle-free experience. The staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell, and they are always willing to answer any questions you might have.
As for my dog's favorite product - the barbecued esophagus - it's unfortunate that they're often out of stock. However, whenever they do have it, we stock up on it!
Overall, I would highly recommend Petco to any pet owner looking for a reliable source of pet supplies. They offer a great selection of products, knowledgeable staff, and a commitment to animal welfare that sets them apart from...
Read moreHad the absolute worst costumer service experience I've ever had today with Kayleen, one of the groomers. I had an appointment for today at 2pm. This morning I got a call asking if I could come in at 11 am instead.. I told her I was sorry I couldn't, but I could TRY and be there by 11:45. I explained I might be a few minutes late as I was picking my daughter up from ballet. When I arrived it was 11:55. When I got to the check in desk no one greeted me for 5 minutes. When she finally came out she said I was 15 minutes late and the appointment is canceled. I explained that I rearranged my schedule trying to accommodate her by coming earlier and I apolgized for being a few minutes late and asked if she'd like me to come back at my original appt time at 2. She kept rolling her eyes at me and just walking away mid conversation. She said she'd have to now stay extra and I messed with the whole schedule. She told me she didn't want to deal with this and was going to lunch lol. I literally was astonished. Thankfully the manager came over and profusely apologized and told me she must just be...
Read moreMy dog is on antibiotics for a few days and the vet suggested I give him a probiotic, so I went into the store today to buy some probiotics, several of the areas on the shelf were out of stock, and I grabbed one that I thought was labeled $20, at the register it turned out this was $25, The clerk checked the price and I went back to the aisle to look at the labels, on the shelf next to the $20 label was two empty rows with the more expensive label on one of these empty rows, apparently this fit the jar I grabbed, I decided to go with this more expensive probiotic and checked out. At this point another employee came up and said this jar was in the correct location on the shelf and the label covered both rows, but this certainly wasnât clear to me. Why not a separate label on each row as was seen on the less expensive material. What this employee shouldâve said was âsorry for the inconvenience weâll try to do better labeling our productâ, instead I was scolded, and left the store with a bad taste in my mouth. This is the perfect example of why Internet sales are up in store...
