I have been a customer of honeybaked since I can remember and I’ve eaten their food since I was a child. The fact that they will not make you a sandwich during a “holiday“ is disappointing, especially when the store is empty. As someone who does not celebrate Easter, I didn’t even know what holiday was coming. It’s Monday. The “holiday” it’s not until Sunday. I understand when things are busy and in a crunch how this is necessary and I would not be writing this in that situation; however there were five people behind the counter and someone at the sandwich counter doing nothing. There was one other person pre-ordering a ham. As a frequent customer, there was absolutely no reason to not make me a sandwich. It’s important for a business to be willing to alter rules when there’s clearly the ability to do so. I respect everyone who celebrates Easter however the equal respect should be given to those who do not. Unfortunately, this does change my opinion of this business and I will likely not return because of the value that they place on some customers...
Read moreWe have liked Honey Baked Hams for many years and usually will have one or two of them each year. This year we bought a small one for our Christmas dinner. It was small because we are keeping our distance during the pandemic.
To get a ham, you will need to order it ahead of time. To pick it up, the order will stay when it will be available. we arrived at this place about 2:00 PM on Tuesday and the line to get in the store showed there were about six people in line. The store is small, and there are other things like deserts available, so the browsing of the people tends to make the line slower than it might be at a less busy time.
Our wait to get took about twenty-minutes to go from waiting in line to placing the ham in the trunk. Tomorrow, we'll have the ham and it would surprise me if it wasn't just as perfect as we are expecting.
This is small, but nice store. The people are helpful...
Read moreI decided to order a honeybaked ham this year &went back in today to pick it up &get 2 sandwiches. I downloaded a 3 dollar off coupon from Retail me not to my phone-easy right? So wrong!! They were training a new employee, Ceasar,a very nice guy who was having trouble with the cash register, so he needed to call the "manager" Selena. Selena ended up being an incredibly rude employee, she stated we needed a paper coupon. What is this the 50`s?? Everywhere else takes phone coupons & this coupon said in store use & had a bar code. This was a $3 coupon on a $50.00 sale. Her attitude was so bad that my husband just wanted to leave. Employees are the face of a company, it's unfortunate that Selena is working with the public at honeybaked ham. I know we are only 2 customers, but... We won't be going back to that store, really,I can buy a good ham...
