Horrible experience. Went in to buy a mod kit. Was very descriptive in what I wanted and even pointed at the mod I would like, had accumulated enough points for $15 off. Just to use it. Go out to my car, open the packaging just to realize i was given the wrong mod. Was told to come back tomorrow. Because the associate helping could not refund the $5 difference in price between the mod I wanted vs. the mod I received. Will not be back to this location. Hope everyone else’s experience goes a little...

I wish every store had an employee as helpful and kind as the service I received today from Alexia. She was helpful in choosing a brand and flavor for my choosing by asking questions of what it was that I liked and what I wanted. There's so many options within the store that for her to take the time and inform me of what else is a possibility from recommendation, as opposed to the risk of buying, is highly appreciated by me...
