Cares more about about their online reviews than having a good customer experience - wish they had this same level of concern and curiosity trying to make a deal. Staff was rude on the phone. Owner talked trash about the competition after they turned me down and sent me to them. I invested a lot of time (that I don't have while trying to sell a house) in this company explaining what I was looking for - they kept saying they could do it, until suddenly they couldn't. Went from 100 to 0 over the course of one email with a couple "special requests". A simple "no we can't do that, but we can do this" would have worked. In contrast, I found another staging company who listened to me and came to the table with great ideas - i wanted a few things they couldn't do, but they took the time to explain what they could do, why I probably didn't want to do what I was thinking and we came to an agreement. My experience with White Orchid was 2 star at best, and it has nothing to do with "not having inventory" - it's how they handled it that...

Calling White Orchid Interior Design and Staging was the best thing I could have done. Scott was able to schedule my appointment within a few days of my initial call. They asked that I not be present while their designer and the assistants were working. Feeling my home was in competent hands, i was happy to oblige. When I walked into my home a few days later, it was absolutely lovely! Perfect! From the time my home went live the evening of the day the staging was done, my home sold in less than 24 hours! More like 15-18 hours! I give most of the credit for that absolutely full-price contract to White Orchid. From the moment you walked in the front door, the staging helped create a feeling of “welcome home!” I would recommend White Orchid Staging to anyone who wants to make that “perfect” first impression when selling their home. I've know about White Orchid but haven't had the opportunity to work with them before. I called and spoke to Scott, the operations manager and I can't say enough great things about him and his team. Scott went over everything in detail, met me at the property, coordinated with the designer with my special requests and then delivered on my target date. I couldn't have been more impressed with the results. They absolutely hit it out of the park with what I wanted and the quality of their furnishings is top notch. Everything appeared to be in near new condition. I highly recommend White Orchid. I also used them for my HDR photos.
