I have been going to this place for well over 5 years. Every few months (Valentines, Christmas, family birthdays, etc.) I stop by to purchase gifts. The staff is dependably hospitable and friendly, they always offer gift suggestions, history of the patterns, and let my know what is on sale. If you need a quality gift this is the place to go. Give them your email and you'll get more discounts. Ginormous selection, beautiful displays, friendly staff, and most important-top quality product.

They gave us space while still being very helpful. . The overall experience was excellent.

I have shopped at the Polish Pottery Outlet many times over the last several years and love going into the store even to browse. Last year, in anticipation of renovating my kitchen and dining room, I purchased a 5 piece/10 place setting of a pattern I have loved for a while. I ordered a "signature" pattern and the entire order (which came from the factory) was painted by one artist. They are beautiful, and the price was impossible to beat. Even after adding additional serving pieces, the sales price was far below what I had anticipated.

The renovation is almost done now, and I'll be heading back to fill in additional pieces that I need!!! Excellent quality and service, and after expanding the store into the space next door, you can wander for hours just taking in all the...

What a disappointment— The Polish Pottery Outlet was once a gem, but new ownership has turned it into a total disaster. The old owners were an absolute dream: helpful, honest, with top-notch service and fair prices on authentic pieces. Now? It's a nightmare—the new owners and rude staff act like you're a bother, with zero customer service and attitudes that drive you away.

Prices have skyrocketed absurdly, marking up items like luxury without the quality. I ordered advertised first-quality pottery online, but got defective junk riddled with bubbles, uneven glazes, and chips—clearly seconds passed off as premium, feeling like a scam. 4 adults and two children, 5 and 3, walk into a room that is wall to wall glass. The person who greeted us at the door quickly pointed out they had toys and a "safe" area for the kids to occupy themselves while the adults could look around.

I went with the two and had a good time waiting for my family to finish looking around. A+ Would recommend just to see the huge selection and quality. We were pointed to this location specifically as a must see.

There is a awesome aquarium fish store which isn't on google maps outside to the east side of the building, Merman Fish or something? Highly recommended for the kids. They have a Shark and Crazy Octopus when...
