A few months back we got a fridge from them until we could purchase a fridge. My mother in law got a new one and gave us hers so we called aarons and told them to come pick this one up back in April after we had made April's payment. The young lady on the phone said they would be out here that Friday (April 28) I believe it was. She then called me back Friday and said there was a storm coming through so they couldn't come out that week it would be the following week. Being that the week fell in May she said we wouldn't be charged because it was their fault. I was fine with it staying a few extra days.
Since that following Monday I have received numerous calls (including one today) asking for May payment. Sorry but I refuse to make that payment. I remind them of the situation every phone call & they claim someone is on their way to get it now.. lies!
We moved the fridge to the front porch 2 weeks ago and it still sits there right now. Last Friday they promised they would be here early that morning. 5:00 rolls around and the boys had tball practice so we head to town. My mother in law & father in law are at our house waiting on aarons to show up. They never knocked on the door. Instead they put a slip on the door just a few inches away from the damn fridge saying they missed us!!
When we got home from practice Friday we were FURIOUS!! Newly calls aarons & claim we are liars and that the fridge at the front door wasn't the fridge we got from them and hung up on him 4 times!!
**This is NOT the original fridge we got from them months back.. if y'all remember me upset at them bringing me a midget fridge when our original fridge went out!!
Well I called the manager Friday & he said no one could come out then because all the deliver guys went home but he assured me it would be picked up MONDAY MORNING!
This morning the manager himself calls me again for the millionth time asking for a payment!!! When I reminded him of the situation...AGAIN he said "oh ya I remember. Let me see when a driver can come out there" then hung up.
So at 5:30 this afternoon I decide to call again & ask for Kip the "owner" which the manager himself told me to do. Kip gets on the phone & begins CURSING AT ME! "We've been out there many damn times now. We don't even do business that damn far out!" Then he puts me on hold and when I hear their annoying ads stop a young lady comes on the phone "we can pick it up Thursday" I told her No it was promised to be picked up today and it's gonna be picked up. "Who said it would be picked up today?" I tell her whatever manager was on duty Friday!
Then he gets on the phone "driver will be there in an hr"
Newly texts me and asks what Kip said and when I told him he was cursing at me he calls him himself.
"We will never do business with y'all again" was the answer Newly got from Kip.

Read moreThis place sucks we have got a brand new couch from them 4 months ago and everything was great at first but now its not the couch is already falling apart after only making 3 payments. The couch its self seems fine but the cushions are falling apart they are junk. We called the store and told them about it they refused to do anything be called and called and they said "we've never seen anything like this ever and we've been open for 20 years" and I was like oh yeah really? What are we going to do then? They said we don't know we will call you back and let you know. I called them back a few days later they said the same thing.. a few More days I call them back and the same thing.. then about 2 weeks goes by they said we still don't have answer for you.... And I said well the payment is due next week they said we don't know what to tell you but we think its customer damage...A few more days go by nothing... I called them back a day before the payment was due and David ( the sales manager) said he knew nothing about it then he said they will send people out to look at it and take pictures... I said ok.. they came out yesterday and they guys who came out said that they always see that and its normal basically just saying "we sell junk that's normal" but they said they can replace the cousins and repair the couch where it was tearing... I said ok when they said the GE general manager has to approve it I said ok. So today I called the store and still nothing I set on hold for 2 hours and nothing came out of it eventually they just wont answer the phones at all. So I am stuck paying on a broke peace of crap couch and not only that I have a dryer though them so far so good on that but im sure it will go wrong before its paid off... I owe over $1000 on this couch and its only $600 cash price... Aaron's prices are out of control dont go here they will screw you over every way they can.... They store sucks big ones and now I see where all of the bad reviews are coming from please don't go here if you do you are going to get...

I went in there....only one couple in there waiting to sign paperwork on something .... some guy in front of a computer looking bored and then some woman pops up off the couch and asks if she can help me. I tell her specifically what I am looking for ... PER LOOKING ON THE WEB SITE FIRST AND ASSUMING, SINCE I HAVE TO GIVE MY ZIP CODE, THE ITEMS SHOWN TO ME ARE WHAT IS AVAILABLE AT THAT LOCATION....she informs me that she doesn't have it and it will take a week to get it. I need it this weekend, and, since the web site showed it, why don't they have it. She states that the web site is always wrong.....don't go by that. Okay. Then why even have the web site???? You just lost a little over $250.00 a month from me because I needed the refrigerator and 2 queen size beds. I guess y'all are flush enough being in the location you're in (very bad) with nearly no customers that you can only tell me what you CAN'T do rather than try to get me squared away.
