I like how the developers have evolved this shopping center over the years. The parking philosophy works so much better than what other shopping centers do. The shop placement is accessible and makes sense. Businesses come and go, but the shopping strip malls remain. And this one is nicely developed. I will say that if you have a business, and are looking to start or move a business here. Be mindful of the demographics of the foot traffic, there are two apartment complexes nearby, and a lot of teenagers walk through the area smoking and loitering. But there are two family parks nearby and a lot of active adult life type of businesses like gyms and pastry and sandwich shops and a UPS store.

I go here frequently, since it's nearby in the southwest area of Las Vegas.
