Fabulous pizza. The taste reminded us of Italian street pizza , because we have lived in Italy for two years . The restaurant is very clean and has inviting atmosphere with Italian music playing which will make you feel like you are in Italy . It is beautifully decorated with touches of rustic decor. Owner and Executive Chef Giovanni Mauro brought his Italian heritage from Sicily to Las Vegas and he wants everyone to enjoy a taste of it . The pizza dough is very unique , because the recipe is 300 years old and very good to your body, because they don’t use commercial yeast like other places do. Their 5- day fermentation process softens gluten strands and you can enjoy their sourdough pizza crust without feeling bloated or sluggish. Eating there is the best way of experiencing a true taste of traditional Italian pizza. They use only the highest quality ingredients and you can taste the difference in every bite . We also got the garlic rosemary knots, they were the best garlic knots we have ever tasted. The preparation was top notch and the pizza was baked in their oven to perfection.
They even have homemade lemonade and flavored ice tea that comes in a mason jar. It’s delicious. For the dessert DON’T FORGET THE CANNOLIS ! Because they are made fresh daily and the filling is so fresh and moist. And crushed pistachios on top of it , yummy 😋! Hands down the best cannolis in town.
This pizzeria is not where you go to get “a cheap “ American style pizza. It is an authentic Italian style pizza. A HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!
The staff was great and very welcoming on our visit and there were lots of choices on the menu to suit different tastes. Whatever you order from the menu you can’t go wrong, every pizza is delicious and has a unique flavor.

Read moreMy tastes are a bit more pedestrian, I guess. More of a Domino's etc. type of guy. Went here with a friend who had it recommended to her. The sourdough crust on the pizza is an acquired taste. Just seemed like an "off flavor" to me. Ordered black olives, got some kind of vinegary green/purple olive that ruined every bite they were in. Little vinegar bombs scattered throughout the Pizza. Mushrooms were different, but good. The crust was so limp that half of the slice's toppings fell off when picked up. Now I know why we were given silverware when we sat at the table. Expensive! Build your own Pizza has a charge for every topping. Gets pricey Fast. Better off going to Blaze or Pieology for a build your own. Staff was friendly and our food came out in a reasonable time, as there was no one else in the place at 4pm on a weekday. Decent parking and easy wheelchair access for me. I called my brother, who lives close by in Mountain's Edge, to warn him off the Pizza. He said, oh wow, who told you to go there for Pizza? It's not that good. When we go, we stick to the salads. Good...
Read moreSo the Mason jars of lemonade and Ice tea are great but the food here....BIG THUMBS DOWN.
first time we ordered the pizza was really salty. I mean my tongue was salt numb where everything tasted like salt for awhile after we ate. So we figured maybe it was because they were new and maybe working out the kinks. We ordered a second time And I even put a note please don't salt the crust. Our pizza was like licking a salt rock. We couldn't stomach it. We called and told the Manager. He refunded my card. I tossed the food. Over all he didn't seem so concerned that the notes were ignored. The fact is ignoring modifiers can be dangerous. There are people with food allergies and sensitivities that can be affected when cooks don't read notes. Need to look out for their customers more. I get it. The people that work there don't care. They don't make enough money to care I see it all the time. They aren't eating it so why should they worry? At this point I guess my standards have to go from just wanting edible food to hoping it is...
