Restauranteur go beware!!
I would just like everybody to understand the caliber of the management and ownership of this restaurant.
Firstly, your service may be great and impeccable. However, this each, and every time you think you’re doing a server, a great benefit, Management is taking between 40 and 50% of the tip to pay out to other individuals and cover expenses.
Even though this is contrary to Nevada state statues regarding tipping servers, etc. Management has indicated that they do not mind breaking the law.
I cannot speak for the quality of the food, however, what I can speak to is the owner and management willing to break the law in order to Offset expenses at the restaurant at the expense of the servers.
I want everyone to understand that I wish everybody the best, but in full transparency, realize that when you are tipping a server, you’re actually paying additional money to Management as they are arbitrarily stealing servers tips.
Again 40 to 50% of the tips are being commandeered by management and ownership.
Please ask yourself if you believe that that is fair based on the fact that we all understand that servers working incredibly hard and they do the best to serve you as a restauranteur, Servers believe, and our train to give the best and the highest level of service, and as a customer, you reimburse them or congratulate them by the size of the tip which you extended for their services.

Read moreMy mother is a flight attendant and was flying into Vegas for a few hours. We decided to meet her at the FBO and find somewhere nearby to have a late lunch. Sushi Fever was an 8-min drive and rated well so we decided to try it out.
Emilio provided exceptional service to a truly remarkable meal! My mom ordered several appetizers and I ordered two different sashimi. My mom fell for the garlic edamame and decided to use the sauce on everything for the rest of the meal. The sashimi melted in your mouth and came with real wasabi (my favorite)!
My preschooler ordered the yakisoba noodles and they accommodated leaving the protein on the side for him, as well as giving him a chopstick helper. He took to both the helper and the noodles quickly and talked about it the whole way home (which I am still shocked over). The rest of us ordered rolls, and had to order doubles after discovering that there is truly no bad item on their menu. Everything was utterly delicious!
The only con? This place is roughly 25 mins from our home. That said, it won’t stop us from becoming regulars! A totally outstanding sushi spot...
Read moreComing off a crazy day at the hospital and craving sashimi and sushi so badly, my husband came across this great place! The manager Eddie greeted us the moment we walked in and chatted with us as if he had known us for years. That kind of hospitality is so rare here in our transient city and really made the whole experience wonderful! We ordered garlic edamame, 12 piece sashimi (salmon and blue fin tuna), the dynamite lobster roll, the golden Vegas roll, and finished it off with a deep friend cheesecake. Meanwhile, Eddie gave us great insider tips for ordering in the future and upcoming specials. The service was so fast, attentive, and personable. The restaurant was clean and the buser was so efficient with turning the tables over. Everything was fresh and beautifully executed. We even thanked the chef on our way out.
