Friday night dinner with family turns into self service sanitary cleaning of the restroom in order to ensure my young child did not get other people's excrement on his self or clothing! I have been frequenting this location for many many years. In the past couple of years I have noticed a slight decrease in the quality of the food and flavors. The familiar Outback branded taste seems to be evolving into something entirely different from the original. None of these overall flavor and quality changes or occasional instance of less than good service warranted a change in patronage, until the last visit! I can assure the management this was my last visit to that establishment! When a customer has to clean the restroom in order to use it, that really makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like!! It was fairly busy but not any busier than most Friday evenings at the same time and location. Being busy should have alerted management to pay special attention to the restrooms when the restaurant is at capacity. This was not the case. After initially informing our waitress an assistant manager came to our table and offered the usual consolation along with not charging me for my plate. The problem came when a few minutes later when another member of our dinner party needed to use the restroom and it was still in disarray! Upon exiting the restaurant, approximately 30 minutes after the assistant managers speech and assurance it would be rectified immediately, the restroom was still a mess. Visited the restroom a total of 3 times in about a 45 minute period and a sanitary restroom was not a priority...
Read moreJust had a terrible experience here. The blooming onion appetizer was more oily than other outbacks. The food took forever to come out. We finally had to ask the passing server to check how long it would take. Then, she came back and said it shouldn't be too much longer but something we ordered takes a long time (we were sitting for over an hour since we ordered our food). Then, the manager came and said the ticket was lost and that everything would be on the house. I appreciated that part but when we got our food, the steaks were over cooked, the broccoli was on the older side, the mashed potatoes were gross and the spinach artichoke dip was certainly microwaved. Then, the servers kept walking past our table as if avoiding us while we tried to get their attention. I finally got the attention of the red headed host and asked if we could order dessert. She said, "with your server." And then she kept walking without stopping. Eventually two servers stopped by back to back (I'm pretty sure the second server knew the first one already took care of us but wanted to seem like she cared) and we ordered the Thunder Down Under. That was probably the only thing worth getting while we were there. Our dining experience took about 2 and a half hours. Unfortunately, we're not coming back and I simply hope this review helps them get their customer...
Read moreOkay so the food was good and OUR waitress was awesome, it was another staff member that made my decision to never to return.
Okay fellow googlers, here's the story.
I left me table ( party of 7 ) for a bathroom trip and my chair got taken whilst I was gone for not even 2 minutes. When I returned nobody at the table seen who took it, I got the attention of the waiter of the table next to us, who had a table set for four when I left and a reset to six when I returned, and he was just the rudest person. He proceeded to feel sorry for me as if I was a child why rolling his eyes at me, then with a sarcastic voice say ( I guess I have to find you another, oh look heres one )........ I kept my cool for about 10 minutes then I had to say something to management about this.
After I had spoken up the rest of the evening was just smirks and mad dogs towards my table by that jerk of a waiter. Maybe managment was friends with this particular person maybe not, it just felt as if my energy was wasted going to managment.
For a customer spending their hard earned monies at any establishment, they should be treated with the same respect as they would like to be treated. Right?
A $200 plus bill at least deserves ( I'm sorry, I'll get you a chair right away. )...
