Worst place to buy gift cards. Jo who is an employee at that location has no idea how to do his job. I bought a gift card for $20 and other snacks. Come to be, that he didn't forget to gift me the gift card, I realized may 30 minutes later that there was no gift card 💳 inside the envelope ✉️. I went back to Starbucks and told Jo, hey you didn't give me my gift card, he refused to help me, so didn't know what to do. I suggested giving me a refund I had the original receipt 🧾. Jo straight out said, "No". So, I had to call Starbucks customer service and in 50 minutes, they took care of the issue. The customer service agent said that the Starbucks location should have cancelled and refunded me my entire purchase since, Jo failed to do his job. absolutely horrible experience we ordered and waited for 15 minutes at the window for our drink only to be asked by the (blonde large lady) what are we doing there with attitude. We were standing there watching them have their little chit chat and then they started making drinks for the customers behind us. When they asked what we ordered we told them and they DID NOT MAKE THE DAMN THING RIGHT. Extremely slow workers and we ended up leaving because she was obviously beginning to get very annoyed. So we just left and ended up being given a completely different drink than what we ordered i got my drink with some woman's name on it and they told me to just take it. I bought my venti white mocha ice coffee from another store but was unhappy with it. I saw this Starbucks and decided to pay for a refill to get my coffee to my desired taste. First my drink was made with cold brew and promptly remade when I told the barista about the mistake. Then she started asking if they had anymore ice coffee made, only for someone to say I THINK this is ice coffee and pointed to a container with what I thought was black tea from the foam on top but since the container wasn't labeled, it's really anyone guess. Needless to say, I threw my drink away after 2 sips because again it didn't taste like is usually does.
