We waited nearly a month for our appt to have an estimate done on our truck. Despite having the make and model since the appt was made, they waited until my partner took the day off and drove an hour each way for the appt to casually let us know they can't work on an aluminum body truck. When I questioned why that wasn't brought up when providing the make and model at the time of making the appt I was told "ah ya know, sometimes we catch those things and sometimes we don't." Mmmmkay. They promised my partner to call and pull some strings to get us into another shop sooner and to call me later that day. Having heard nothing 7 mins before closing time I called and was passed off by one rude person telling me to do it myself and then passing me to the manager without even saying so, son I thought I was hung up on. Manager then said well you know it's the last day of the month and we have had other priorities. And letting me know all the things I should just understand/tolerate. Not a spec of apology for the inconveniences or for not following up. It's just expected to deal with it. I'm very glad they couldn't work on an aluminum body truck because I'd like to never speak with them again. They treated my partner that morning with plenty of respect, but me on the phone as a woman, not so much. If you're a woman, go to the one in Loveland on Garfield instead. They know how to speak with respect, clarity, and kindness.
In response to your response below, what can you do to make it right exactly? You can discuss it publicly here. I am all to familiar with just making it look like you care in public and doing nothing about it in private. Since I never spent money there, you can't exactly offer a refund, and as far as I'm concerned there's not much you can do to repair this other than call me up and sincerely apologize showing me that you understand the problem. However, you were given that chance and I was blown off...

I just wanted to edit this review since Caliber Collision showed a great way of ensuring client satisfaction, not only responding here but also reaching out to me via phone call and clarifying the things. They were also very open to listen to the issue I had with this subideal estimation experience and sounded enthusiastic about improving the processes in the future. This is greatly appreciated!

I didn't get any repairs but had a weird estimate and appointment experience with this location: I went to the Caliber Collision website and chose this location and received a detailed estimate for the damage on my electric vehicle uploading the photos into their system. The estimate PDF shows clearly this location and their contact info and all the details of the anticipated work on my car. I then called them to learn how to proceed further with repairs, but the customer representative said they are not doing any EVs because they are not electric certified, and that the estimate was probably sent to me by someone in Texas :)

Read moreAfter my car was hit, I was nervous about going a shop. I received a recommendation to go to this specific shop and drove over a hour to take my car here. When I dropped my car off, Sydnee (the front desk receptionist), was very helpful and kind. She answered my questions about how the rental car works and how I would be contacted about my car during the process. She made me feel very comfortable with leaving my car at the shop. The rental company came to the shop to drop off a rental car for me. It was great. During the time my car was in the shop I was kept informed by Rosemary. Additional damage was found and updates were provided during the entire process. My car was ready for pick up faster than I expected. The shop manager, Danny, hand delivered my car to me and went over all the work they completed on it. The shop even cleaned my car. I was very impressed with the above and beyond service I received. I would 100%...
