Glacier Park Storage — Local services in Frederick

I am harassed EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to my unit by one of the managers on his golf course who constantly drives back and forth staring at my husband and I. This "manager" never gives us ANY PRIVACY or respect whatsoever. It wasnt until he was done with his usual 10 laps/drive-bys around us that he decided to approach my husband who ISNT even on the lease and SAID TO him, " so what's up?what are you GUYS doing" literally after my husband just gave him friendly advice on where to eat really good biscuits and gravy lol and thjs was his response!!!!! AND his tone was authoritative and judgmental and nosey. Are you kidding me??? I pay good money to be a tenant here and have EVERY RIGHT to be on that property and to have privacy, and mind you I drive a new 2020 grand jeep Cherokee and own my own home not to mention we only stop by MAYBE once or twice a month sometimes not at all, so the harassment is not only uncalled for but extremely inappropriate and has to be a violation of my tenant rights. I should look into this but think twice before you stay here. Although I must say I do like the owner amd his son so and the prices are OK but this manager...

Glacier park storage was such a good experience for me and my family after we consolidated houses. We sold a condo and needed some extra room while we made space at our current home.  We also needed something near the house and near the highway. Glacier Park storage checked all these boxes however I was not expecting some of the extra stuff they did for us that I was not accustomed to from a storage facility. Sherry, who works in the office and her husband (I believe they live onsite) were always available for questions and helped me in several situations that made a huge difference. I rented the truck onsite and they would move it for me to make it easy to pick up and drop off. Another time I was considering downsizing my storage and asked Sherry to hold one if it came available. She followed through on it and would call me to check in on my situation periodically to help save me some $$$. I really appreciated the service they both provided and would absolutely rent...

I had a 5x5 storage unit for a month. I came from out of state, so I called first to get information and put the unit on hold. When I went to the office it was very nice and the woman who helped me was very professional. Everything was explained clearly and it was a good experience. They require a written notice when you plan to move out, I gave it to them over email and that was fine. When I picked up my stuff after having it there for 3 weeks I was pleasantly surprised that there was no sign of mouse activity. Every other storage unit I have had in the past has resulted in mouse poop and pee all over my stuff. Thank Goodness this place was different!!!

All in all, good process for move in and move out. Storage unit was clean and the whole facility seems to be taken care of very well. I will definitely recommend this place and rent from them again if I ever need to...
