I absolutely recommend Aire Serv of the Front Range. I walked in my door on a Sunday night that also happened to be a holiday and noticed immediately it was HOT in my house. I went over to the thermostat and it was 85. My air had been working earlier that day but I had left for a few hours and by the time I returned, the air conditioning had gone out and the temp was rising. I figured there was no chance I would get someone out that Sunday as it was already 7pm. However, I called Aire Serv and they said they could have someone out between 10-midnight for an emergency service. I didn’t feel like paying hundreds of dollars for a diagnostic which is what I figured it would be since it was a weekend and holiday but to my surprise, the fee was the same. Ben showed up to my house right before 10. He was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing and showed me the process of figuring out the issue. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had the parts in his truck to fix it the same night. He taught me a lot about my system and told me things I could do throughout the year. I would like to highly Thank Ben for Air Serve returning after his evaluation and after first being turned down and rudely treated for all his caring, professionalism, knowledge, and complete kindness. Ben is a total professional, very knowledgeable and very caring individual to his profession. For a job worth well over $1100.00 discounted down to 700.00 and finally done for a little over 450.00 because he wanted to make sure my girls, father, and myself were safe, and we'll knowledgeable under the conditions of 7 other same evaluations. After trying to please my landlord Fadia Wilson without without achieving his goal still returned to make sure we were properly taken care of and safe. This was by far a complex job and went over and be on what would have been fair to accommodate us. Thank you again Ben for being a upstanding professional caring human being. I contacted Aire Serv for repair of a whole house humidifier required as part of an inspection resolution when I sold my home - Cynthia called me right away and even had same day availability. I got my appointment scheduled and was immediately sent an email with information including the name of the tech and confirmation of time.

Ben was right on time and early in the window he provided. He listened carefully to what I needed to have done, and took the time to walk me through options without trying to upsell me. His work was quick but very thorough, and he provided pictures and video of the process and resolution right away.

When my payment failed Cynthia was very patient in resolving the issue and sent my receipt right away so I was able to share it with my buyers.
