We contacted Husky signs to do a sign for our business. We explained that there are very sticky guidelines & must be approved by our corporate office. Husky Signs said it would be no problem and gave us a written quote for $345. They instructed us to send an e-mail with the information, which I did. I did not hear from them and had to contact them numerous times to get a response. Finally they sent as a formal quote and instructed us to send full payment to get the project started. After they got our money, they said that the process and materials that our corporate office required was too much and requoted the sign at $867. We contracted another place to do the sign for $465. Husky Signs decided to keep 3 hours x $95/hour = $285 of our $345 and only refund us $60. We understand that they did put time into the project, but that is unacceptable and that is more than half of what we will pay to have the sign done. I gave them the link and warned them that the corporation’s requirements were very strict when I originally requested the quote. Other companies gave free estimates. We asked Husky owner Mark about the refund and his response was that lawyers get $200+ an hour and that he has a no refund policy. We didn’t just back out, he gave us an inaccurate quote and later...
Read moreWhen it comes to design, lots of companies promise the world. But it's rare to find folks who can actually "walk the walk." If you're hunting for a team that will listen, collaborate and then deliver high-end results... you need to call Husky Creative.
Mark and his team were very patient with my endless stream of questions and helped craft the right look for our growing business. The bold colors and messaging really reinforce our company values and persona. Everyone here loves the transformation.

It was a pleasure working with Husky Creative. I'll be calling them again when the need arises. Come to think of it, maybe it's time to wrap our...
Read morePrior Customer receives HORRIBLE service from Christy (Sales Manger) After spending thousands of dollars in the past with this company, Christy would not help me with a family emergency memorial graphic for a deceased United States Navy Veteran and his deceased wife (my mother) on his pickup truck! Both have been recently interned within the Veterans Administration Fort Logan Military Cemetery, Denver, Colorado. Christy was full of excuses too this United States Army Combat Soldier as to why she just could not help due to “not enough money, “not enough time,” “not large enough of a job” despite past customer history and loyalty. Christy insulted the memory of my father’s military service and my recently deceased mother! Husky Signs has a Mission, Vision, and Value statement that in this customer’s opinion is a complete LIE!!! Thanks for NOTHING Christy and Mark, you both are completely heartless and forgot where your company came from. Kevin Honorably Discharged United States...
