Dom is the only person I trust to install vinyl wrap and PPF on my cars! Over a year ago, I had Dom complete a paint correction, install a wrap, PPF, and ceramic coat on the first new car I've ever purchased. This was my first experience with vinyl wrapping, PPF, and ceramic coating but, Dom was extremely helpful and patient with answering every question I had and made the process easy and enjoyable. He showed me the vinyl and PPF manufactures that he recommended to help me find the perfect color.
Once the materials arrived and the car was in the shop, Dom sent me plenty of progress pictures to document every step of the process. Dom gave me the ability to decide exactly what components of the car I wanted wrapped which color and did an excellent job wrapping around the seams and panel gaps. He even gave me the opportunity to see how different vinyl design ideas I had would look on the car and didn't bat an eye when I asked him to undo the small experimental changes.
After the vinyl installation was complete, Dom installed PPF on top of the vinyl on every surface the PPF allowed for, from the A-pilers to the front bumper. That doesn't just include the painted surfaces, he installed PPF on my headlights, fog lights, thicker front grill sections, front bumper air ducts, and even the background on the "A" in my Acura badge. Additionally, this PPF installation is far superior to what you can find at most places. Every PPF installation I've witnessed from a dealer or typical shop leaves a noticeable gap in the PPF around every panel gap. Not Dom's installation, he'll get that PFF all the way to the crease of every panel gap and even sometimes is able to wrap around it.
After all of the remaining services were complete and I was able to spend some quality time admiring and driving my car, I brought my car back to Dom for his recommended 6-month vinyl and PPF checkup. During the checkup, Dom trimmed any edges on the vinyl or PPF that started to lift and buffed / heated out any larger imperfections I noticed after battling over 10,000 miles of I-25 winter driving.
Throughout the entire installation process and with every interaction / conversation I've had with Dom. It was apparent that his main goal was to give you exactly what you wanted, to help you achieve the vinyl wrap of your dreams while providing the peace of mind that your car is being handled with care.
Dom will be doing every future vinyl wrap and PPF installation for all of my cars and he is the only person I recommend for anyone considering high quality vinyl wrap and PPF...
Read moreI wrote a truthful and polite negative review on Google about my experience as a customer, then Jennifer emailed me and tried to force me to take down the review. Here is what she wrote: "Go ahead and take down the review. I would have to really embarrass you" Hum... what does that mean? She sent me "screaming" and threatening emails until I blocked her. She did find a way to remove the review, this is my second attempt at reviewing the garage.
I also left a review on Yelp to which she responded that, due to my behavior, I had been removed by the police that day. Not true. I reported this to the Frederick Police department and they will work with me to rectify this defamation. Then, she changed the garage information on the Yelp review using a false address and name to hide my review and, I would imagine, another customer's review that was also one star. I was able to contact Yelp to reinstate the correct information of the garage so that other possible clients have the opportunity to read about my experience.
Being bullied for sharing a negative experience is serious, not only does it crush freedom of expression but it perpetuates the behavior of intimidation.
Jennifer will go to great lengths to insure that negative reviews will not be read. This says a lot about one's sense of ethics.
I went to this garage because of a worrisome noise between the front wheels of my Tacoma. Shawn, Jennifer's husband, diagnosed that parts of the King suspension were damaged and that he should replace them. $2500.00 later, I pull out of the garage with the same noise. Shawn says "I am still glad that I changed those shock parts, they needed it". Hum... He tried to locate the origin of the noise once more without success and his temper reflected it.
It is a mechanic at the Toyota dealership who took the time to look for the problem and who found a rock lodged in the...
Read moreI took my mom to the Grease Diva "There's No Such Thing as Blinker Fluid: Car Care Class for Women," and let me tell you, EVERY woman (or person without basic car knowledge) should attend a class like it!
Jen, the shop owner, teaches the class- that alone says so much about the shop's integrity and dedication to their craft & community. She is so personable and passionate about the work she & her crew do.
We were able to learn basics that every woman should know to be independent and to not be taken advantage of when it comes to their vehicle. Jen pulled up real scenarios, worked through personal experiences & stories, and brought out equipment for us to see, hold, and learn about. It was the perfect combination of visual, auditory, and physical learning.
We were able to view, touch, and practice the devices- then she took us to actually look at a vehicle (not just talk about it). Plus we were provided a notebook, waters, and candy. It was reiterated multiple times that we can call the shop any time with questions, which I so appreciate. We even were given certificates of completion at the end which made it even more special!
I walked away feeling more empowered and prepared for the next time I walk into a mechanic shop or have a dashboard light come on.
Truly, every woman should have the opportunity to learn these basics & a class like this should be offered to girls in schools.
We cannot thank Jen enough for opening her shop and knowledge to us. She's phenomenal and the shop is awesome- we're definitely recommending Grease Diva for the class and for anyone in need...
