The store is ok. The customer service is horrible! (I wouldn't rate even 1 star) I was "helped" in the dressing room by Yolanda. Didnt greet me just told me "only 8 items" after I brought out everything I handed her the 7 items I didn't want and kept one. I needed to try on my last items so I grab it and start going back to the dressing room. She called me back out to ask me why I had 2 items. I told her it was the 1 item I was keeping from the first try on. She was annoyed and told me I had to leave it out while I tried on my last item. After I came out I hung back up the number tag and she asked for the hanger. I realized I had accidentally left it in the room. She replied with an attitude that im supposed to bring it all out. I told her I would go get it. She looked at me like i was trash and said "I don't even know where you're at?!" While waving her hands around the sides of her head. Not sure what that meant. I told her it was an honest mistake and that I would get it. She replied with saying it's whatever and waving her hands while walking away back into the dressing room area. I get it we all have stuff going on, but if you can't separate it you shouldn't be in costumer service. Won't be back...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOur family has been on a binge spree with Ross locations and this Ross specifically took the cake today. I feel selfish to keep this location as a secret but honestly. It's the best one! Everything is clean, great selection and what put the cherry on the top. Was Amy and Charlie the cashier. It's really refreshing when you take a break from Amazon.com and actually walk into stores that you want to buy from. We came across Amy and she had such a vibe and great demeanor. That it made us want to go back and shop for. I feel as we go into the digital era. You lose human touch. The sensory. The short conversations. The thank yous. This time though THANK YOU Amy and Charlie! We definitely are coming back to your amazing store! Please send the kudos! Watch out TJ and Marsh! I got my MK...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis particular Ross is great when you need toys for a kids birthday party. I love coming here and saving a ton. They have a cool arts and craft section that works for birthday gifts as well. The kids shoes are around around $25 which is a little more than I'd expect, but they have brands like Puma, Sketchers, Nautica and more. Their woman's shoes are a bit higher in price than I'd like as well, so just keep that in mind.
Customer service is good. They are pretty quick to bring an extra employee to the register if the line gets long. The return process has been easy in the past.
Bathrooms are located in the back near the fitting rooms and you need to be buzzed in. They have a water fountain there as well.
Store is relatively clean, though it is Ross, so don't...
