I'm embarrassed and kind of shocked at the way we were treated last time we were here. Usually they're so sweet and offer us free samples, before we build our box, even encouraging us to try more as they're putting it together. However, this time we instead asked for one more sample and were scolded for doing so, with the British lady saying, "and you people are the reason why the price keeps going up!" If they don't want to give any samples as I'm paying $40+ for their chocolate that's fine, she could have just nicely said "no more samples", but to announce to everyone that I am the reason why the prices have gone up...

Very bad customer service, I went today to this store in Escondido mall to buy some chocolate, I was looking around to decide which one I wanted. The lady was offering free samples to everyone except me, so I didn’t buy anything because of that and will never return to...
