I’m a frequent window shopper at this store as it’s right next to uncommon coffee (my favorite coffee shop). I’ve come in maybe 3 or 4 times with my partner, looked around for a good while and left. Upon my visit today, We were both followed around the store by employees who continually asked us if we needed help (we kindly said we were just browsing, but i eventually tried on a few pairs of pants). One employee was genuinely 5 inches away from my face at all times as i left the dressing room to show my partner the pants i was trying on. I have never been in a store and felt so followed as if I was doing something wrong. I’m 22, work a full time job locally, very friendly with the employees, and never have my hands in my pockets or anything suspicious. I have never stolen in my life and i feel very offended to be treated as a perspective shoplifter vs. a customer. It sucks because I look forward to my time in this plaza and store (the clothes are very cute and comfortable), but feel i can no longer support a store that treats its customers so rudely with no justification. The funniest part is that i still did however, make a purchase (a small perfume). Next time I’ll find similar styles of clothes online where I’m not harassed. I probably would have bought the pants i tried on if i’d felt...
Read moreWell I just left this store which I used to love. I had a moment without the kids and thought I'd walk around stores I can't go into with them. I thought I'd buy a new pair of earrings for a meeting this week. No one spoke to me which at first I didn't think twice about, then the woman (pretty sure an owner) started following me. This bothered me but I kept looking around. Then I went up front to look at more jewelry and the man behind the desk didn't look up from his phone until I was looking at earrings in a big bowl next to him. I then felt him staring at me! I gave him a side look and smile like, yes? He continues to not say a word and sit down on a couch, when other women walk in and he lets out a big hello! Welcome! That's when I finally stopped and left because I wasn't giving them any money. Mind you, I have bought items from this store before. One was a wooden hair accessory that broke the day I bought it. I wasn't carrying a big purse or baggy clothes. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they may treat you nicely and it looks like some of their items are locally...
Read moreWhat an incredible discovery! Made a point of finally stopping in after shopping at the nearby supermarket which I frequent. Wow! So much cool stuff in here and right up my alley taste-wise with a boho vibe, Interesting and different without be so weird I’d never wear it. Dresses, tops, skirts, pants, shawls.. all beautiful colors and fabrics. Beautiful jewelry and home goods and perfectly merchandised. I wanted nearly everything in the store. I was surprised to see that much of it was very affordable but of course there were some items that seemed a little overpriced like a $75 tee shirt I loved but couldn’t justify. Still, something for everyone. The only improvement is that I wished they had more XL sizes in dresses which is what I was shopping for. Those “one size fits all” dresses are tents :( I left empty handed but would have made couple of Purchases if they carried a larger selection of larger dresses. Still, a beautiful store and I’ll return...
