Don't waste you time or money at this facility. I cleared out my storage space and was was informed that billing would stop. The following month a charge appeared on my bank statement. I called the office and was told the manager forgot to stop the automatic payments. I was assured a refund would be processes. 5 days later I was charged again. I have been charged twice for a rental fee. Only received 1 refund. I've made 3 more phone calls and was told only the manager could refund me. I have been waiting for several days for a return call. I absolutely love this place. The manager on site is awesome, and human. He understands our life happens and I don't know about the rest of the world, but he does work with me. You can storage and my Mr manager, are a blessing to my life. I have been with this facility for 3 years. This is the longest time I've ever had a relationship with the storage facility and love it on top of it all.
