I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience was awful. I visited this bar expecting a nice evening after a long day, but the service was downright terrible. Cori The bar manager couldn’t even make a simple cocktail correctly (Long Island) and when I asked her to remake it, she was dismissive and rude. Instead of apologizing or asking another bartender for assistance, she acted like it was my fault the drink wasn’t right. Her attitude was unprofessional and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I understand mistakes happen, but customer service is key, and she failed on every level.
