1. I applied here in October 2024. Fred was happily helpful with the application. After the application/fees were paid, Fred stopped answering his phone. After calling for about a week, Donna took over to help me stating that Fred was out sick. I then found out Fred was “no longer with them”.
2. Donna helped with my RFTA packet. After I got the rent offer (November) and it was time for the inspection, DONNA stopped answering her phone. They didn’t respond to CMHA in regards to the inspection. Finally I was told that the company had no maintenance workers so my assigned unit wasn’t ready. Mind you that in October when I applied the advertisement and Fred told me there were plenty of available units.
3. no inspection still by December. My voucher expired December 24th while still waiting on the apartment manager to respond to any/all phone calls/emails. Come to find out Donna was “no longer with them” AND they still didn’t have any maintenance . CMHA cancelled the packet in January because of no inspection set and it was coming up on 90 days we had been waiting on the Euclid apartments. DURING THESE MONTHS I ALSO CALLED THEIR HEAD MANAGEMENT. They were no help at all. Basically they don’t care what the people in their offices do.
4. after the packet was cancelled, a female (Tierra, Ticerra?) from Euclid Apartments called me and asked me if I still wanted to rent the unit. I explained to her all that has happened and she stated that she was new and that “everything was a mess” and that I was one of a long list of people waiting on a unit. I asked for my money back. She told me to come up there the following Monday ( it was Thursday) and I would be able to get my money back. Monday was President Day and you guessed it, no one answered. After calling for 3days I’m told that the manager Britney, would be “cutting checks” on Monday and there are a lot of people waiter refunds. Also,The person I’m speaking to told me HER name was Brittney when when she answered the phone. So she proceeded to tell me that “there are 2Brittney”s “working there. So I called that Monday to be sure the checks are “being cut” and I’m told to give them my email address so they can send me a link to fill out for my refund. I gave her my email address and waited for the link to be sent all while calling to speak to this Brittney. That was in January. I have been calling at least 3 times a week trying to get this so called link and my refund.It is now March 11 2025 and “manager Brittney” still is never available I have to leave my name number and Emil every time I call. I am disabled and on a fixed income and currently still looking for housing due to Euclid Apartments shenanigans. I can’t afford to just throw this company $200.00 and keep it moving. But how do I afford to get a lawyer over $200? That makes no sense. This is terrible. This is a scam!!! Mind you I have called the Head main office multiple times as I said, they are no help at all. They tell me to call Euclid Apartments again. Terrible experience horrible and it’s ashame that they would still be advertising “available units” & taking peoples money and get away with it. My next step is call/email the news stations because these people have to be stopped....

My unit caught fire about 2 years ago. My Ins placed me in a hotel for six months. When that ran out I had to pay out a pocket for two more weeks and Euclid Apts had to pay an additional week or two because the unit wasn’t still ready. Before moving back I was given a date to officially move in so I had my furniture delivered only to be told it wasn’t ready. Euclid then agreed to store my items in one of their storage units near the office until it was ready and that Maintenace will bring my things to the unit and assemble them. When arrived on the second move in day, the unit wasn’t still ready and maintenance hadn’t brought my furniture and my family had no other place to go. Maintenance told me I would have to wait until Monday to get my furniture which was unacceptable and they walked off. I called Mrs.Peavy and she had them bring my things but they broke my couch and said it’s not their fault because they usually don’t store furniture. Moving to now (10/2020); I have had nothing but problems with my unit. My tub leaks into my laundry room and bathroom downstairs. There is a big orange stain on my dnstairs bathroom ceiling from the upstairs toilet and water from tub in use or not peeled the ceiling. The company who remodeled the unit really misused the money. My kitchen is lopsided. All my doorways and downstairs windows have cracks running along the walls. Took over a year to get an AC installed and window screens for my upstairs bedrooms.All towel and toilet paper holders fell out of the walls when I moved back in because a they wasn’t grounded correctly in the walls. My sons room closet still doesn’t have a rod to hang clothes so I brought a shower rod to put in there. The sockets don’t probably hold plugs. NBD told me when we moved back in they they will return to do finishing touches and never came back. These ants are still driving me crazy and the people moving in over here are horrible. I asked to move me to a more suitable unit and was told that they won’t move me unless I’m downgrading. Now it’s time to renew my lease and I was told that the new manager will contact me to discuss my issues before renewing my lease and I still haven’t heard from anyone yet. I think I have been overly patient with this company and still not getting...

Google wouldn't let me give it no stars so I had to give it one. Chances are if one is living here, they may very well either planning to move, saving to move, getting ready to move, or just don't have enough funds to move.

I've been living here for 2 years. 2 years too long I might add. I recently received a notice that there would be some sort of city inspection, which isn't unusual. However, what started off as one day of inspection quickly escalated to a second day, and now residents are being notified the inspection will occur until September 30th.

What's the big deal you may ask? Oh, allow me to tell you. See living in these Euclid Apartments and signing their lease is also signing a waiver basically stating that you have no issue with Euclid apartments entering when need to as long as they give a notice. Now because there are so many residents they cannot give you the courtesy (allegedly) of giving you an exact entry time. All they do is tell you between the hours of 8am through 4pm or 5pm Euclid apartments will gain entry to your until.

Well, it may not seem like a big deal when you only have one inspection every so often to look forward to. But just this week they have announced that the city will be conducting inspections from September 6th until the 30th between the hours of 8am-4pm, Monday thru Friday.

So, this means, you better not have a personal life or get too comfortable in your high-rent-but-not-worth-the-value apartment because you never know what day or what time these so-called inspectors will gain entry to your humble abode.

Signing the lease is completely voluntary. Don't trap yourself, and yes it is true what other reviews are saying. The maintenance hardship is real. If one does not stay on top of it, then the work simply won't get done after one reports it.

Majority of the residents are black according to my observation, so it doesn't surprise me what is happening, but I never become content with allowing folks in this world to treat me the way they view I should be treated. With that being said, it is my responsibility to not only remove myself from this disappointment and disrespectful apartment but also inform others to do better so that you won't find yourself settling in life and especially settling down at...
