Ron was very helpful and friendly! After testing out the demo chair he recommended it was very hard to sit in anything else while I patiently waited for my own chair to arrive. 10/10 would recommend. Although, I will add this disclosure: My company purchased my chair, I have no idea what it costs but it does have a warranty and I expect it to last a very long time. Here is my beautiful chair! It has all the adjustments I could ever need and a great lumbar support. I even got to choose the fabric covering it.
