Burrito Amigos — Restaurant in Eugene

I come here every Tuesday without fail. I cannot find something wrong with it. The two women are always smiling, greeting the customers, making conversations with everyone in the room while serving food. And the place is neatly organized. Food and drinks couldn't be more perfect. I've ordered two dishes here before--the bean, rice and cheese birrito and the enchiladas with beans and rice on the side. Both dishes were perfectly made to my liking. Nothing was obercooked or undercooked; not too hot, not too cold. Perfect-sized portions for everything. Their churros are also fantastic--$1.70 for two adequately-sized churros. And their horchata is the best I've ever had. Their machines constantly circulate the special drinks, keeping them nice and fresh. This place is an easy five stars. And as you can see from my comments, it's rare to get five...

So I go and pick up an order at this location and say I have a pickup for Christian and they said they don't have it multiple times super rude! I was trying to explain to them what it was and they kept interrupting me. By this time we left and had made it home. I go back to grab the order a second time because my mom told me that they had it after all. I get there and we ask if they have the order and she says they've HAD the order ready SINCE 4:15. Keep in mind it was not even 4:15 yet when I arrived. By the way this was a girl with purple hair and she was a very rude person. Snapped at my girlfriend and I for no reason. Highly do not recommend this location because of her. I had to put one star because I cannot post a review if there was a zero star option! That's what I would have...

the service was great but those were probably the worst carnitas tacos I've ever had. the carnitas were dry, tough, and flavorless. Even after dousing it in salsa verde it still tasted bland. It took me a couple minutes to pick the stringy bits of pork out of my teeth after I finished. I gave it an extra star because maybe their other food is good idk. definitely not the carnitas.

Update: I came back a 2nd time and was once again severely disappointed. My quesadilla was sopping wet, the cheese was barely melted, the tortillas were barely grilled, and the flavor was very bland. I have no idea how my quesadilla got so wet but it was very...
