Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Eugene

SUMMARY - Great coffee, tea and drinks, great price and great service. I am from the Starbucks generation but Dutch Brothers is my new favorite!!

I wish we had these in San Diego. At least they are starting to come south. I feel like opening a franchise down there as they have won me over here in Eugene. I was here visiting in November and was craving a Mocha Shake... I like them strong and rich. I visited this location (because they are all over) and the workers suggested a Dutch Freeze with Double Chocolate and an extra shot. Being from a Starbucks generation I expected this drink to go from the $4 large price to about $6 but I didn't care it was a craving I was going to fill. They made the drink for me and it was just over $4 for the extra shot but the drink was EXACTLY what I had been craving and plenty big enough.

I saw that they had Iced Green Tea and could flavor them with syrups (even sugar free)... Since these were only $3+ for the large and I expected to pay that much for the mocha shake. This Green Tea was great... I got it with passion fruit and strawberry syrup YUM. My next visit I used the sugar free syrups and they were just as good.

Ive also now tried several hot drinks and all of those are great. I still have a lot to try on the menu and I look forward to each opportunity.

The service at this location is fabulous and they remembered me and my preferences even when I came back 2 months later in January to visit again.

Update: Prices have changed but the customer service and drinks are just as good! I love the sugar...

These guys are seriously the best! For 2 years I’ve been coming exclusively to this location. They know me, they know my order, they even know my dog. They have seen me at my best and my worst. They have picked me up on my worst days and they have been like free therapist. They have helped me thru a crappy job I cried over constantly, they didn’t tow my car when it broke down in the parking lot, they have hyped me up thru getting a new job AND getting a promotion at that job. And they’re now helping me thru a family tragedy. Jake, Taysia, and their team are the best! Every single person at this location is so kind and thoughtful and I would be able to get thru these hard days without my coffee and my hype crew. I love you guys...

Mostly friendly, but almost never give me the 25¢ discount for my mug.

Update: 11/16/19 I love DB! Great caffeine drinks at great prices. But last night I went to the DB on Hwy 99 near Fairfield (across from US Bank). I ordered a small (16oz) Cocomo. I handed them my 16 ounce coffee mug. When I got home I opened it to find it ¾ full. 12.2 ounces. That's ridiculous! Money's tight and getting coffees on a regular basis is hard but a splurge I defend. I'll admit I split the coffee in two, drinking half a 16oz a day. But I will be going to the DB on 7th at the Y from now on.its only 2.1 miles up 99 (across from U-haul). Most of the servers know me by name...
