My Son started taking piano lessons on the summer of 2015. The instructor informed me that I would get a courtesy e-mail reminder the day before his lesson which I did... (At times the reminders was very helpful when our son was involved in school activities ,etc.). This went on for about a year and a half until our son decided at that time to get back into sports and stop taking lessons for a while and start back at a later date. In July of 2017 our son started back taking his piano lessons again that begin in August. The month of August I received the weekly reminders, September the same. Only 2 in October,1 in November and December I received all. January 2nd I sent the instructor a text saying "maybe he could get some makeup lessons in" and the instructor texted back "ok sounds good", I never heard back from her, that was that. Again, after paying for his lessons for the month of January I receive 2 reminders. I paid for the month of February at my sons 1st lesson (which was his last ) and during the following week was hoping to hear from the instructor about the make up lessons but heard nothing, not even a courtesy reminder. I guess the instructor sends them out only when she wants to apparently because I didn't receive any in February. I decided my son wasn't going to get any makeup lessons and therefore was not going back to Eureka Music. The instructor sent me a text at the beginning of March though wanting to know if my son was going to be at his lesson, I wonder why. I texted her basically telling her what your reading and she never replied back. The last time I received anything from her was January 17th which is about 2 months ago and she waits until now wanting to know if he's going to be there, don't get it. As a parent I remembered his appointments more than the instructor was in sending her courtesy reminders at times and honestly glad to received them and don't know why they stopped. But he did miss some dew to maybe a time change, my son was sick, instructor was sick, school activities, change to a different day of the week or no courtesy reminders where sent out. Bad business when you pay for 4-5 weeks and only get 1 week of piano lessons. Live and...
Read moreLawrence is beyond rude. I first called him about selling equipment my inlaws have acquired over the years with 4 musically inclined sons. He informed me that if I brought the items in, he would charge a fee to look at the items and I should send a list.
So I emailed over pictures. His only response was "No, thanks". No insight, or reason, which is fine if I'm selling on Facebook, but the lack of insight was frustrating.
I then called and he was quite rude. He claimed to not be interested because the pictures didn't show him enough information on some equipment and others weren't high end enough. He doesn't sell low end equipment, I guess. Instead of asking for better pictures, just "No thanks." He then also implied that I was selling stolen equipment. Wow.
All in all, I'd give zero...
Read moreIf I could rate them a negative number I would, they don't even deserve the one star Absolutely horrible, avoid this business at all costs. The owner is rude, accused me of being 3 months late, told me to return the instrument or he was going to send my account to collections, when I sent him proof that i wasn't 3 months late, he didn't even respond. When I went in today to return the instrument he again tried to tell me that I still owed a payment. I refused to pay because I was returning his instrument and then he decided to tell me that it was a mistake. Do not use this business!! I have never been treated so...
