We went yesterday to buy new phones and add lines after living in Germany for 3 years. We were on the phone with Verizon for over 2 HOURS trying to port a phone number to our new plan. Such a headache! Ragib and Brian were patient and kind the entire time ! They helped us navigate the entire process and kept assuring us that they would keep trying. Honestly, if not wasn’t for them being so knowledgeable about the process, the Verizon setback would have never got worked out. Ragib also informed us of ways to save money throughout. Everything they told us to do was correct and our time was never wasted. Thanks again, guys! Also, I was in the store so long that I got to witness some of the best customer service from a phone store I’ve ever seen— literally saw Brian using Google translate to diligently help out a non English speaking client to the best of his ability. Even saw them bantering / laughing together at one point. Then saw Brian install automatic payments to another client to help her save money and time. I don’t think that is part of their job responsibilities, but clearly they are trustworthy experts! They are lowkey the kind, helpful uncles everyone...
Read moreWe switched from AT&T to T-Mobile this week. I have been an AT&T customer for many, many years and was a little Leary of switching. We were at the Eureka MO location and had to switch 4 phones over. Matt had sold us the plan a week before and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He ordered the phones we wanted and said we had to come back to have them switched. So we came back the next week and Matt was off that day so Nick stepped up to help us! WOW! This guy was AMAZING. Nick didn’t even make any commission on our phones but he still treated us like we were the best customers in the world and made us feel so special! He patiently took his time to answer all our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied before we left the store! Nick was GREAT!! Matter of fact, everyone was really friendly and willing to help! Great job guys! So glad we switched...
Read moreI had the pleasure of working with Chris today. He immediately let me know he was still kind of training, but I had a wonderful experience! He was very transparent with everything, and he was very informative. If he wasn’t 100% sure on something, he would confirm with colleagues instead of guessing. He had a great attitude and sense of humor. Steve was also amazing, and I can hands down say this was the best experience I’ve ever had with any phone company, not just T-Mobile! As long as my bill matches what I signed, I am 100% satisfied! There was another gentleman working with Chris and Steve, and I didn’t catch his name, but he was super friendly too. Great team, great attitudes, and honest information! Made the cost of a new iPhone less crippling since the team was so fun. 😅...
