Management needs to address the level of customer service. I visited this location today 5-24-19 around 11:00 am. There was a older lady, a man with long hair, and a younger woman working. The older lady has fantastic customer service, she was kind and polite! The gentleman was very nervous, clearly new and trying to keep up. I don't fault him at all for this! He was very responsive and polite and I appreciate him wanting to make sure he was doing it correctly. However the younger girl was rude, short with customers and would not allow people enough time to tell you want we want before you move on. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap with American cheese heated. The cheese was just placed on the wrap. When I requested a wrap she said what kind so I said tomato basil, and she got an attitude with me because she meant want did I want on top of the wrap. I though she needed to know what kind of wrap I wanted since Subway carries two different choices. From then on she rolled her eyes and huffed at every customer through the line. Read moreMy daughter, who works nearby this location, called in an order at 1:00pm to pick up at 1:30. When she arrived at 1:30, the sandwich was not ready. She then had to wait for the slow as molasses sandwich maker to fill 2 orders before he could make hers. Finally, she got it at 1:50. Problem is, she has only 30 minutes for lunch, from 1:30-2:00. As this was unfolding, my other daughter and I arrived at 1:30 to place our orders to join daughter #1. Originally, there were 4 customers ahead of us. Two of those left after about 20 minutes because "Speedy", the sandwich maker was SO SLOW! He also complained the entire time that he was quitting this job because it was so bad. We finally received our order at 1:55. Daughter #1 had already left for work. As daughter #2 and I sat down to eat, we overheard the customer behind us asking to pick up her online order. And no, it too hadn't been started. Someone finally came from the back, and looked at online orders. Apparently, there had been 3 online orders placed that were not fulfilled. Very disappointed that this "crew" was working today. It might be best to fire "Speedy" to get him out of his misery. You're losing a lot of business...
Read moreThe owner and uppers don't care that the employees aren't able to cash their paychecks once they recieve them - which is a day or two late most of the time - or they just don't give some of their employees who quit a paycheck at all (they will claim you already got it, or aren't owed one, or say they lost it and wait for another 2-3 weeks for another) and when you go to ask them to put money into the payroll account so your paycheck can be cashed, they yell at you and treat you as if you are in the wrong.The owner does not pay his employees and the woman in charge of payroll does not ever make sure there is enough money in the payroll account come payday for all their employees to cash their paychecks without any hassel. I would not support this company by eating there - at either the Eureka or Pacific locations. The employees who make your food, are not getting paid come their payday, and that is 100% illegal in the state...
