The people who work there are really nice, and knowledgable on gaming. I REALLY appreciate the people who work here. This review is strictly for the company.

You are already losing a lot of money giving back games and an old console. That's whatever. However, he said I should do the 1 yr membership because "the points would cover it" as if I thought I was getting points for trade-ins and buying the PS5. The points were only 1000, which is 10 bucks and the membership is 14.99. So, FOR ALL THAT I only get 10 bucks??? 10 dollar off coupon when most of the items are available at Walmart in the same mall for 5 to 10 dollars cheaper. So collecting points isnt going to do anything, and they set an AUTO RENEWAL to try and steal your money unknowingly if you don't check your email. I am going to use that $10 coupon to buy something over priced, and still lose $5 for the membership costs. My PS4 Pro was only $125 credit. Feeling beyond ripped off and I highly recommend NEVER buying a membership and shopping at WalMart instead. I wish I hadn't said yes because the membership was a huge insult to injury.

Again the workers are AMAZING and he is great at his job. The company itself gets worse as time progresses, especially with all of the terrible game trailers for generic, bad graphics, anime games on the TV. GameStop, as in Stop...

I have had moreso a bad experience with online gamestop shopping, but whenever something is wrong with my online order the staff here is always quick to help. Whether to give me a full refund or exchange for a better game used copy; in accordance to Gamestop policy. I do not know the managers name, but there is this guy that the staff always ask him before approval; in which i think he is the manager.? But i normally get what i want. On a side note, I have been there when people try to exchange used game and they do not approve due to the poor quality of the game they are trying to submit for money. In which i think is great that they have a high standard because, i mainly purchase used games from Gamestop. Every used game i purchase online is a lot of times, not that great. I take it to this particular store and they exchange it for a good quality used game. Just purchased some used equipment there today, and even then, they work like new. If you are like me, i would purchase used items from this particular Gamestop...

Bought a "refurbished " ps4 console and controller. I was assured everything would work and that it was extensively tested. Got home and the controller didn't work. Was told to drive back to the store (25 minutes away) and exchange it for a different one. I did this, Got home, installed a game and later that night tried to play.. the ps4 freezes anytime I start to play anything! Called and asked to speak to a manager and was told they were out sick. The lady offered to help. I explained my issues and how annoyed I am having spent 100s of dollars on this for it to not work....my ps4 is special edition and I was told they can replace with just a standard ps4. When I brought this up the lady referred to games stop as "kind of like a pawn shop" you get what they have... I will NEVER buy any console from here again.
