Neil has put in two systems in my vehicles and I couldn’t be happier with them & him! Great guy just doing something he enjoys. He puts a lot of time into making his customers super satisfied! The current system I have now is AMAZING! Iv been told riding in my car sounds like a concert. && if your driving back roads all day long he bolts the whole system in with super solid bolts and screws so there’s no way to rattle your system loose, cuz I did that in my first vehicle. All around hooks you up to your needs and wants! Show some love and get a dope system in your vehicle/boat/ side by side, whatever it is.. he can and will do it better than most! 💯 No doubt lives by his business name, Neil’s “SPECIALTY” sound! The work I had performed by Neil's Specialty Sound was by far my best experience in over a decade of upgrading car stereos. He was very friendly, knowledgable, communicative, and did exactly what I wanted for a better price than what the other local shops quoted me. When I brought in my sub, amp, and wiring kit, Neil advised me on the limitations of the setup, and suggested additional sound deadening and an insulating spacer ring between the sub and grille. He easily hid all the wiring and amp behind the carpeting, and didn't upsell me on additional pieces when my current head unit hit the bass levels I was after. My husband dropped his vehicle off to this shop only to get it back with broken trim pieces that they tried to “fix” so that my husband would not notice. The one pillar trim piece was not locked in all the way. There are scratches like someone used a flat head to pry them off. Dirty finger prints everywhere. He was quoted a price before dropping off and upon pick up was notified that the bill was double what they quoted him.
