Where do I even begin to express my gratitude for Ella's Essence? This flower shop is an absolute jackpot, and hands down the best I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. My first encounter with Ella's Essence was nothing short of a lifesaver. Picture this: it's a frantic Sunday afternoon, and I'm desperately searching for flowers for my girlfriend's grandmother's birthday. Every other flower shop in town seemed to have their doors firmly shut, leaving me feeling like I was almost out of luck, but I refused to give up. Glad I didn't!

Then, as if by fate, I stumbled upon Ella's Essence. It was my fourth stop, and I was almost resigned to the idea that I wouldn't find what I was looking for. The door seemed to be closed, but just as I was about to walk away, Ella herself came rushing out and welcomed me inside. From that moment, I knew I was in good hands.

Ella not only provided me with the most exquisite bouquet I could have imagined but also showered me with her warmth and hospitality. Every arrangement in her shop was a work of art, and it was evident that both Ella and her brother Bobby pour their hearts and souls into their work. As a fellow small business owner, I deeply admired their dedication and attention to detail.

I love surprising the special ladies in my life, and Ella's makes it that much more special. I wish I could rate this AMAZING FAMILY BUSINESS 1000!! I recently experienced the greatest loss I could ever imagine. Losing my 4-year-old grandson was an indescribable pain. I was lead by divine intervention directly to Ella's Essence! From the moment I stepped into her floral shop, I felt safe and at peace. It is hard to explain... I was greeted with a hug after our phone conversation and Ella's energy is so wonderful. The love and care that goes into her work is truly a Godsend! My state of mind was a wreck, I was sooooo last minute in remembering to order flowers, I had no idea what type of arrangement we needed for the funeral of a child! When I tell YOU Ella's guided me through this process with such GRACE AND COMPASSION!! Omg! Words can't express my gratitude! Ella provided me with such a feeling of peace that I needed in that moment, I was able to comfortably allow her to design a creation that that was befitting of our young King! I could not think straight to even tell her what we wanted. I showed her pics and videos of our baby and told her stories about him, which was like therapy for me, and she designed the most beautiful casket spray and spelled his name in beautiful blue flowers! The casket spray was Sonic the Hedgehog themed and the little details that she created were literally mind blowing! Sonic sat on top of the flowers, and she sewed angel wings on his back and sewed his hands together to look as if he was praying! Words can't begin to describe the attention to detail and the love that this floral artist puts into her work! I will never use another florist other than Ella's Essence! She has ties to the community to assist in any other needs you may have, such as creating posters or backdrops or balloon garland and anything else you may have forgotten for your event or funeral. I feel blessed to have found this kind soul and her family! They are NOW a part of my FAMILY! I hope if you have stumbled upon Ella's Essence in your search, that you will look no further. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was too important not to share. I came to Ella’s Essence for my father’s funeral arrangements, referred by family friends. Ella was late to our scheduled meeting with no notice, so we spoke with her colleague in the meantime but her colleague couldn’t provide clear answers on pricing or flower options. When she finally arrived nearly two hours late, the prices were high, and there was no flexibility or compassion shown—especially surprising given our families’ connection and the emotional nature of the event. We were pressured to make a decision on the spot, with no payment flexibility either. I ended up going with Preston Florist, who were far more professional, and understanding.

I had a very uncomfortable and inappropriate interaction with the owner of this business. After leaving my honest review yesterday, the owner contacted me in a hostile and argumentative manner. Rather than addressing my concerns respectfully or offering an apology, she attempted to justify her actions, point fingers, and escalate the situation.

I ended the call, but she continued texting me. I kept my responses brief and respectful, but the behavior didn’t stop. I eventually blocked her number—yet she still tried to contact me by calling from a private number.
