Boot Barn — Local services in Evanston

I hate to leave this review since boot barn is one of my favorite western stores, my husband gave me some beautiful cowboy boots only in the shyanne brand I am half a size smaller, I used these boots but when I put them on I realized they didn’t fit me, I went to exchange them for smaller ones but the girls at the counter said they would have to speak to the manager first so I waited 2 days and when I went to pick up my boots the manager left a note in the boot box saying I couldn’t exchange them. It’s a shame that boots worth over $200 dollars don’t have a warranty. I don’t think I will go back to this branch since I previously bought a hat with me and it was dirty...

On our trip to Yellowstone Park we stopped there. Emily helped us to find what we needed. She was wonderful ❤ and told us some places we might want to see also. Very nice and polite. Thank you to all the staff that had helped us the last couple years!
