Brought in an OEM key blank to have it cut, while cutting the key it shifted and the employee said "oops it moved but I think I can still make it work". The key did not work and I was told by the manager Marc that because it wasn't one of their keys that they would not do anything to correct their mistake, but I am free to pay them $200 for one of their keys.
This is akin to extortion, imagine if you took your car to the mechanic to change a part that you provided only to get a call saying they accidentally dropped the part and ruined it but if you'd like you can pay him twice as much for one of his parts or come get your vehicle and just be out the time and money already invested.
I know they operate in a small town so it makes it easier to get away with extorting people who don't have many other options but the way this was handled was unacceptable. Corporate complaint filed, BBB...

Selection of parts/tools is phenomenal and covers an extremely wide variety of projects both for work and honey-do’s around the house. The few times they didn’t have what I needed they have moved mountains to get it here for me.
