Never had a bad experience here until today. The lady at the checkout was horrendous. I paid with a large bill and instead is saying she didn’t want to make change or something she informed me that she was glad the store was closing soon for the day because of people like me. I asked what she meant by that and she said paying with the $100 bill. I asked if she wanted me to go to a different register and she ignored me and then points at her drawer and told me she feels bad for anyone behind me in line. I told her to give my $100 bill back and I would just not buy the item and she gave me the receipt and my item. I asked if she wanted me to purchase the item or not and she rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders at me. I talked to a manager that says he will take care of her but she is definitely not made for customer service. The store is better off...

Customer service was awful! The cashier took 25 mins to process our return even tho we had receipts. I was questioned harshly about why I wanted to do a return and why I would buy online. After feeling very frustrated and harassed by the cashier I couldn't even do the return as another family member purchased the items using our joint card in their name! We have the exact same card number and same last name! The cashier continually pressed for us to just get store credit. It used to be my favorite store. After heading to our annual camp trip by there, we purchased over 300 dollars of goods from them including filling our propane. so we come back 4 days later needing more propane and the refused to sell us some supposedly my tank was over 12 years old????
