Updated on 7/10/24. Just tried to eat at the Sonic location. What a joke. Service is horrible, food is just so so. We placed an order, and had to tell them what stall I was in. Been going to sonics at different locations and never had to tell anyone what stall. They answered the button that I pushed. That should pretty well tell them. Took about 15 minutes to get our food. Then it was totally wrong. Order 2 fries, got one and a tater tot. I only got one drink. They did bring me my drink eventually. Warm sweet tea. Not what I ordered. Warm tea on a hot day. Nothing like it!!!! The girl that waited on us, was nice, but look at the ticket before you bring us the food please. Not real hard. 9/27/25. Back at the Sonic again. 14 months later and the service is still horrible. Ordered a smash burger meal, took 25 minutes to get it. Then they brought the wrong order, when back in, came back out said they had the right order they just weren't sure where the order was supposed to go. Each individual kiosk has a number, and their system doesn't alert them where the order is coming from? Then the young lady that tried to bring us the order was a very rude person. Read moreIf you value your stomach or your health please do NOT eat here today we ate here and my husband ended up getting the foot long hot dog and he had taken a few bites and then I seen mold in the bottom of the bread. He has been sick all day now and can't really keep much down. The person who took the hot dog back to make a new one did not apologize they said oh we didn't change out or bread. And it seemed like a hassle to makes new one. they filled up our cups with ice to the top after we are known to order our drinks without ice. And we couldn't get a refill. We didn't know this because it's been a long time since we last ate at Sonic because of other issues. The employee who we asked if we could at least get a refill said she had to ask her manager and 20 minutes later comes back and says we don't do that. Read moreI'll be perfectly candid, this experience wasn't good. I like Sonic's food and shakes, but the food was sloppily made, the red white and blue slush float was melted by the time we got it, and we waited a half an hour for this stuff. For reference, the attached picture was taken only a minute or two after we received our food. We placed the order using the mobile app, and it seems like there were several vehicles that pulled up, ordered, and got their food before we did. I get being understaffed, and I get being busy. I can even forgive technical issues. What I cannot forgive however is how our Carhop treated us when we asked where our order was.
