DO NOT RECOMMEND SBK. I’m rewriting my review because SBK responded to my last review with excuses. They do not refund your money but issue a virtual gift card. Every company has a way to identify a gift card through a Point of Sale System. If SBK can’t track a person’s account then they have lack a proper financial accountability system in place to track all their financial transactions. Which means your money can be lost permanently when receiving store credit through their “virtual gift card”. You cannot issue a virtual gift card without having a system in place to account for the funds. All they have to do is look at my account and see what I bought vs what I got to determine the amount owed to me. Instead, I got excuses because they are too lazy to look into it. While it’s $30* owed to me, I find any amount they keep of mine or anyone else unexceptionable. I’ll be notifying the Ohio State and FTC. SBK excuses are unacceptable.
