A one star is even generous! My husband goes to this barber shop and has been helped by the owner and gotten superb service! Yes, I understand walk-ins are not guaranteed but we called and specifically mentioned we’d be a walk-in for a child’s cut and if they had time, the lady who answered the phone, said “let me take a look, yes we will have someone available at 3 for that.” Thanking her, we said “we’ll see you in 20 minutes and she replied, see you then!” We get there, walk-in and I’m assuming a different lady than who answered the phone asked if we had an appointment, I replied with we do not but we are the walk-in that just called for 3 o’clock. She rudely walks over to the front and looks at the computer and says, the soonest we have available is 4, I stated we just called 20 minutes ago and were told we could come at 3, she rudely replied that walk-ins are not guaranteed, I said I understand but we just called and you said someone would be available to cut his hair, and can I ask why you’d say come in and we’ll see you then instead of saying that’s fine to come at 3 but it’s not a guarantee, she just looked at me and said would you like to book at 4!?!?! I do not understand, this does not make sense to me and is horrible customer service, I would have been willing to wait if she wasn’t so rude. Needless to say, I said no thanks and walked right back out the door. And unfortunately they just lost a customer in my husband as well. This place is amazing. By far the best vibe and atmosphere I’ve ever felt at a barber shop. Everyone is so nice and treat you like their friend and I find that awesome because a lot of people that cut hair in my experience don’t really care to talk they just care about getting you in and out of the chair and on to the next person. I went there today and I got by far the best haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. Sam worked wonders on my hair and completely changed my look and I love it. He was so meticulous and paid attention to even the littlest of details. He made sure I liked the haircut and made sure he knew exactly what I wanted before he started cutting my hair and I greatly appreciate that. My hair looks amazing and it’s all thanks to Sam! I genuinely cannot put into word how amazing the entire experience was. It was that good! And don’t even get me started on the prices omg. By far the best haircut you can get and the haircuts are worth so much more than you pay actually pay. Sam is a straight up celebrity level talent barber.
