I have been going to the nail salon for several years now. I used to really enjoy my experience. One of the nail technicians; Lynn, Has been out on maternity leave. During this time I have been partnering up with Ten. He does very nice work, but his artistic sense is lacking. When I have an idea or attempt to get an idea across via showing pictures or drawing what I want, I never get what I want. I get a watered down version of what I want. He’s not willing to take the time to do the artwork. Furthermore, I make appointments, I’m on time. I value my time. He’s always running 30 to 60 minutes late… Always! He takes walk-in clients prior to my appointment, and then he’s too busy finishing them up to get to me on time. He also overcharges me. For instance, if I come in for a fill; $28, and have Gel, the charge is $55.00. With a tip this equals 60+. Today is 3rd of July. Two weeks ago I asked for an appointment on 2nd of July, And was told that they were closed this weekend. On Friday the first, I called in and found out that that was not indeed true. I made an appointment for Sunday, 3rd July at 4 PM….. keep in mind that my nails truly need to fill at this point, and are lifting. 15 minutes before my appointment I get a phone call saying that Ten has left. After a short discussion it came out that he had been taking other clients and was running behind. So me… The person who tried to make an appointment two weeks ago and was told that they would not be open this weekend I am the one who gets canceled. Me… The overpaying client. I’m a very poor person and I cannot afford to overpay. I’m really tired of pretending that my patronage matters to this place… It obviously does not. There used to be a time not very long ago when customer service mattered, and reputation was everything. That time is no longer. Tomorrow is the Fourth of July and I have nails that are lifting. The next day I go back to work (and need to look professional) I honestly feel like I’ve just been slapped in the face. I miss Lynn. I miss her honesty, and her dedication to her business. I’m gone! There are many many nail salons in my area. I have several in the area of my work place as well. I am worth more than this. Please save yourself the trouble and...
Read moreMy Daughter & I have our nails done here AT LEAST once month, & pedicures at least every couple of months. We normally have great service, & the girls are very sweet. The past 2 times we were there, for me anyway, it was very unpleasant...I CLEARLY have extreme arthritis in every one if my digits on both hands...my fingers are twisting & my knuckles are all deforming so you can see, without having to be told, that it is very painful, & that is ALL OF THE TIME! I have my nails done to distract from how ugly they are becoming, due to this condition. The gentleman that did my nails originally, had to be asked several times, NOT TO GRAB MY FINGERS! If he wanted me to move their position, then he can just tell me, or point & then I'll move them accordingly...but he continuously grabbed them by the knuckles to position them...he was very aggressive & I lost count of how many times I said ouch. & pulled my hand back...when you touch them with too much pressure, it's the same as putting them in a vice! He did a nice job, but I was to the point of tears when he was done...maybe a language barrier, however, I heard him speak English very nicely, so I don't think so. The last time was for a fill on that set, & I explained to the receptionist (the girl at the appointment area) , why I didn't want him to do my fill, so she had another girl do my nails...this girl was very impatient with my nails, & did 2 of them quite crooked...when I pointed them out to her, her comment was " well your fingers just do that"...THAT statement was incorrect & rather inappropriate...the two that I pointed out, were actually straight fingers, but they were filed into a crooked position! She was in such a hurry to get done with them, that she left me sitting with my nails under a light, & went to help someone else...never said another word to me...my Daughter was very upset by this & wanted to confront her, but I just wanted to leave. Not at ALL the service that we normally get at your Salon...not sure that we will be back, & that saddens me, because overall, your staff has always been...

First time we went, the lady's were very nice and funny and the pedicures were very nicely done. I went up to pay and it was 15 dollars more per person, than we expected to pay. The extra cost was because of a special nail polish they handed us. They did not tell us that it would be more and we did not know that it would be more. After that my daughter's toes got infected but we thought nothing of it.
Second time we went in, I was getting my daughters both a full set of acrylics and one of my daughters a pedicure. Haft way through my first daughter getting her set done, I asked the lady how much the whole thing would be with a design included. She told me that it would be $75 when on there prices it said that it would be $40 plus the nail design. I told her there must be a mistake but she said that it was 55 for the set because they "had" to use that gel polish instead of normal nail polish because they couldn't do it with normal and $5 because of the "extra length", and $15 because of the design. I ended up paying $75 for both my daughters sets and whatever the amount was for the pedicure. Then the next day my daughters toes got infected again. They must be using dirty tools are something because this has happened twice.
So long story short, the people there selves are very nice and they do nice work but don't clarify the prices and just assume you want the most expensive stuff. I don't recommend going and I definitely will never go back. They mentioned that this price is normal but if your new to the whole nail world, you should clarify several times...
