My mom and I bought a Groupon for a Brazilian deep condition and hair cut. We bought it and made the appt yesterday. We thought we made it with the owner Sandy but we later found out it was with Patty. Our appts were at 10 and 11am. In the morning we received a phone call confirming. We showed up at the salon at 10am. The women there said she didn't know where Patty was. She called and text with no reply. She called Sandy and she tried to call Patty with no reply.
