Want to escape the city for a day, drive to port of Everett and check out Jetty Bar & Grille. The restaurant is located inside Hotel Indigo overlooking the marina. It’s also a great staycation. The rooms are modern, clean and have a good amount of light in their rooms. 😍 The restaurant is along the waterfront, perfect to have a nice stroll before or after you eat. The place is family friendly, they serve Pacific Northwest coastal cuisine. Their Mocktail drinks are a must try, highly recommend the orange fizz 🍊It has a thick consistency and tastes like fresh squeeze orange. My favorite dish was the Filet Mignon, great flavor, and good texture. There’s lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The space is very open it has a nautical theme. Stopped in for a late night bite to eat as I checked into the Hotel Indigo (this restaurant is located inside the hotel). Beautiful area tucked into a corner of waterfront property. Loved the food. Loved the drink. Both were exactly what I needed after traveling for 12 hours on the road. The atmosphere was also good until one of the night shift managers (heavy set, dark hair and about 5’5-5’7) came out and started reprimanding the bartender about sales receipts and process. The way he was speaking to the bartender made the atmosphere of the bar tense. Without knowing full context it sounded as if he was saying the bartender was embezzling money which in fact it was just the way that processes were in play on their register system so it was throwing the financial checks in a disarray based on till drops. Yes, as a customer I caught all this. Note to management, conversations like this should -NEVER- be held in front of customers and should also -NEVER- be done out in an open space where everyone is privy to your practices. That’s just bad business. Let your bartender focus on your customers. You want to talk to them like this? You do it off the serving floor and on a 1 on 1. The behavior I saw from the manager was unacceptable. Beyond the manager issue, the food and drinks were fantastic and grateful that they were open late for those of us that checked in past prime Hours. Seats were clean and restaurant was well upkept visually.

I love Jetty Bar & Grille. It's a great addition to the Everett waterfront, and blossoming Everett food scene. I'm so glad they built it! I went recently, in April 2021, as Covid was winding down, and so they weren't fully staffed or fully stocked. But still, I see a lot of potential in this place. It's a sprawling restaurant with lovely marina views off the lobby of the newly built Indigo Hotel. I just went for apps and drinks on this visit, to check the place out, and the service was great. Everyone was really friendly and attentive. As for the food, also good. It feels like they're still working out the kinks, and developing a well-rounded menu. I can't say the food was top-notch just yet. The oysters were shucked a little ragged, and the mignonette needed more inspiration. It needed maybe shallots and fresh herbs? And the seafood dip, tho yummy, and served w/a lovely singed pita came out a little cold. That dish could be perfected by a cheesy crumble on top, served straight out the oven. But again, I chalk this up to the growing pains of opening a brand new restaurant during Covid. I'm gonna go back for dinner one of these days, and update this review. Bc it's my opinion that given a little bit of time this place will shine. Plentiful free and paid parking onsite.

Way overpriced. Ingredients listed on the menu missing. I don't think the chef tastes the food. I wanted to give the restaurant the benefit of a doubt after the 1st night. I ate there 3 nights spending about $300. 1) Fall prawn risotto - under cooked by a few minutes. The waitress will say there is supposed to be "bite" with risotto. It was raw chewy. No "bite". Do not expect to see any mushrooms or as the menu claims "diced pumpkin. I was disappointed for a $36 price tag 2). Clam steamers - decent, but was missing the chorizo described in the menu, and in my opinion the heat erased the aromatic bright flavor of the broth. I love spice, I did not think my mouth would be burning on a bowl of clams. 3). Spinach artichoke dip - very good, just undercooked, you still saw shavings of cheese. And it was cold when it got to the table. 4). Shrimp Scampi - this one has great potential, but again the heat overwhelmed all of the other delicious flavors which created this dish. You get eight prawns after the second or third you won't taste the prawns your mouth is just on fire. 5). The indigo burger - out of everything I tried, this should be a burger and Fry place. One of the best burgers I've ever had ordered medium well, and the truffle fries and garlic fries (I ordered a side of garlic fries too), are delicious. B+ on the burger and fries. The only thing that prevented the burger from being an "A+", no seasoning. 6). Smoked salmon chowder - this is a funny one because you have two options the cup or the bowl. I actually ordered this to go and received a cup of soup inside the bread bowl. So I assume the bread bowl was $9 and the cup of soup was $6... While I thought ordering the bowl would increase the quantity of soup. I was happy to learn there was not as much spice to this seafood option. But also no actual pieces of salmon. Good flavor, but more a smoked salmon base, paprika for coloring, and potatoes. 7). Ahi Tuna Poke - I love me some poke. The rice was days old, dry, or thawed from frozen, honestly I spent $16 for a poke bowl down the road and got twice as much including salmon, it was like ordering sushi from QFC as opposed to a sushi restaurant. Quality was disappointing. 8). Filet Mignon - if you were going to charge $58 for an 8 oz filet and a few color added vegetables... I would expect melt in your mouth quality. There is no justification for the price. I travel a lot, 230 days in the last year. I have stayed at many indigo locations. This experience was insulting. "Chef Alex" was the chef each night. You see potential but also so many mistakes. Good luck
