Everett Marina — Attraction in Everett

My family and I go here frequently for morning walks. Today there were two ladies with strollers walking their dog unleashed. The dog was not properly trained either. After passing them, I saw yet another dog owner with unleashed pet, this time a very strong looking pitbull! It's like disaster waiting to happen!! These are some of the very very irresponsible dog owners. I hope the marina enforces leash your dogs rule or gives a fenced portion of the park to unleash their dogs. I don’t sail, but this is a beautiful place to visit with an incredible boardwalk.

Truly picturesque location. The redevelopment authority is doing a nice job creating beautiful location with very modern facilities.

The target market appears to be on the bourgeoisie side of things. Is not busy yet, really low traffic on most days. Most of the businesses appear still in the construction phases. Once complete it will become a local destination and likely a regional destination as well.

We boat over to the Everett Marina almost every week. There's always a place to dock your boat with their expansive marina. Wonderful restaurants, clean bathrooms complete with showers and fuel dock.
