I was looking for a small, local family business I could trust for my custom jewelry needs, and my friend referred me to Daniel's, as her family had used them for years. I now know why, as Daniel, Karen and Kelly are the sweetest family owner/operators out there, so friendly, offering great suggestions, and incredibly communicative throughout the process.

My mother had given me her old engagement ring and I wanted to have it set into a unique ring that would also include my own engagement diamond. I went into Daniel's with several pinterest pictures and ideas in my head, and Kelly sketched out something on the spot that combined all of my pictures, ideas and more than I could have ever imagined--she is truly an artist!

I just went in today and picked up my ring and I almost cried! It is truly stunning, and the attention to detail means more than words can say--my ring is one of a kind! They also helped me turn a couple of old rings into necklaces and I purchased some of their estate jewelry, and have been truly impressed with every piece.

Since 1994, Daniel Diamonds has been special to me and my husband. We’ve purchased items both large and small, received appraisals, and had repairs to jewelry. They are a wonderful, quality, ethical, family jeweler with a very personal touch. I love their eye for aesthetics, their commitment to quality, their broad and deep variety of offerings on display, and their fair pricing. Above all, though, is the way I and my guests have always been welcomed in their store, whether just browsing, shopping for a serious, major purchase, or looking for a sweet little bargain. I am a complete newbie when it comes to trying to accessorize myself, but I had landed a new job, so I thought it was time to upgrade my jewelry collection. I had heard great things about Daniel Diamonds, so I went in. I met the owners who were so nice to talk to--zero judgment towards my newness, zero pressure to purchase anything--I felt very much at home in their store.

And then Kellie--she took her time to walk me through options to find the perfect staple pieces for me. She is so knowledgeable (I tend to ask a million questions), 100% stuck to my budget, and figured out my style pretty quickly.. I had my own personal stylist! I'm still overly happy with my purchases, and I already have a wishlist for what I'll buy on my next trip in.

One of the best parts was that Kellie noticed I was wearing a vintage diamond ring and asked about it. After learning the ring has much emotional value to me, she offered to clean it for me and even showed me how they clean their rings (this goes back to me asking so many questions). They even kept the ring for a couple days to fix a couple loose stones and appraised the ring for me for a very fair price.
