I have made over 8 purchases from Family Jewelers since 2020. My girlfriend now wife has been a long time customer also. I started my journey for engagement rings 💍 last summer of 2021. Did a lot of research on the diamonds that I was in the market for. I have to admit I was one of those tough customers that a business don’t like dealing with. Honestly Angelo was extremely patient with me as I drug out the process looking for the perfect diamond in my budget range. I finally brought my girlfriend in to pick out the many diamonds he brought in for me and to look at the settings. My girlfriend fell in love with a diamond that wasn’t in the mix of things till the last minute. Angelo was extremely honest with us and she picked out her setting to her liking. I was over my budget on my own behalf but that was fine because we got a very good price on the total package. I’m looking forward to seeing the finished product.

I recently went with my mom and sister to this fantastic jeweler. My mom wanted my sister and I to each design a ring or piece of jewelry with a diamond from a ring my father had made for her (also by Family & Co. Jewelers).

I was pretty hesitant as I really don't wear "fancy" jewelry, but I knew it would make my mom happy. From the moment we walked in, I felt welcome and comfortable - like meeting talking with an unknown family member that really listened and understood what I would be interested in wearing. I didn't want it to look like an engagement ring and after a few laps around the store's beautiful collection of settings and estate jewelry, I found a setting that looked very similar to what I thought I could wear every day and still feel like myself. Craig worked closely with me to make sure the shape/size/final design was what I didn't know I really wanted.

I received the CAD rendition of the ring (with two different options of how the diamond could be set between two sapphires) in a week and half. I may not have much experience with real/fancy jewelry, but I felt at ease and super comfortable at Family & Co Jewelers - I was able to make my mother happy picking out a beautiful piece of jewelry that I am truly excited to wear. What a great jeweler. I brought my husband’s solar powered watch into the store because it stopped working. I met Eddie who was the nicest person ever. He immediately took a look at it but realized it would need some more attention. Ultimately it needed to be sent back to Seiko and Eddie kept us updated along the way. My husband ultimately picked up the watch and brought 3 others in for some batteries and minor things. Eddie took the time while he waited to repair 2 of the 3 watches while recommending that the 3rd was just not worth repairing. It was old so, my husband appreciated his honestly. My husband was very impressed with Eddie taking the time to repair the watches while he waited and the fact that the charge for his 45mins of work was ridiculously minimal. This will now be our jeweler for all things watches, gold and diamonds. Eddie was also kind enough to show my husband the ring and earrings I had tried on during my first visit. Hint-Hint!!
