Went in to support Beeler on Valentine's Day, but at 9 am in the morning they were out of so many types of bagels. My family's top three requests were out of stock. I left without purchasing anything and just cooked breakfast instead. Next time I'll skip the waste of time shopping here and skip to the end result of cooking at home instead.
Response to owner: Your poor planning is no excuse. The parade was announced on Monday, Valentines Day is the same day every year, and the fund raiser was planned ahead of time. Resorting to name calling is another poor move by a small business owner. You would think that this trifecta of events would be an opportunity to engage with new customers. To win their business for the future. Even if you did have some spoilage at the end of the day due to over baking, it would be worth it with all the extra sales made. Missing opportunity sales as a small business owner is bad business. Do better.
Its days like this I miss the old owners of this location. No longer being welcome at a bagel place that doesn't stock bagels. Oh no. What shall I do? And yes, I do have experience in the food service industry. Now I suggest you get back to fixing your bagel business and stop fighting online. Lots of work...
Read moreVery unsanitary. We watched several workers touch everything with their gloves and use the same gloves to prep the food. Multiple workers went on their phones with gloves on, one even SCRATCHED HIS FACE, then went and prepped an order.. ALL WHILE USING THE SAME GLOVES.
I ordered the Evesham and found hair in my cream cheese. The cream cheese was applied terribly on one side of the bagel. Whoever made it didn’t even bother to spread it throughout the bagel. The same thing with the onion: It was slapped on the center of the bagel, and they didn’t even bother to spread it around. The salmon was barely there. I had to stop eating once I saw the hair in my food. Not surprise after watching how things were prepped.
To sum it up - this store is run by a bunch of teenagers. We watched the guys in the back zoom in on a picture of someone’s cleavage. Not sure how they passed the health inspection when we can watch how the food is prepped. No hair net, wet rag on their heads to keep cool, which I understand but it’s not sanitary. Lastly, it’s a little weird that they don’t turn their screen with the tip page to the payers when you check out. We did two separate transactions and both times they didn’t turn the...
Read moreTo be honest with you... I literally had no idea this place existed despite going to this shopping center countless times. I usually only visit either Produce Junction, the dollar store, or the nail salon and never really bothered to see what else the shopping center offered until this past Sunday when my stomach started grumbling as soon as I turned into the shopping center.
Me, myself, and my car blindly turned left towards produce junction right when my mom said, "oh look bagels! lets get some!" right then and there, I said to myself, "wait there's a bagel shop here?!" after finishing my produce duties, I walked over to Moore's Bagels and let me tell you...amazing service! The shop may be small but it is mighty! One person taking your order, one person ringing you up, and another person making the bagels. Can I also mention how nice these people are? I had ordered 1 jalepeno asiago bagel w/plain cream cheese and 1 asiago bagel with veggie cream cheese. All of it was fantastic. The veggie cream cheese was delish as were the bagels. This review was long overdue but was from when I first discovered it in 2020. I have been back countless times since then!! It's my favorite bagel shop in...
