my wife went in to exchange an item that was purchased about two days ago with the original receipt and in the original packaging, when she explained why to customer service rep, they told her that they couldn’t do it because it was not purchased there. She asked for a manager, to which a team lead was sent, who in turn proceeded to ignore the explanation and just said it could not be done. A comment was made that insinuated my wife had stolen the item. Insulted and on the verge of tear my wife took her receipt and the item and left the store. That same night I called the store and asked for a manager to which I was told there was none in that evening, I was given the managers name. The next day I called to speak to the manager and do two things, one to complain about the lack of professionalism at this location by a team member who was supposed to be a supervisor, two to attempt and get a resolution to our exchanges. I spoke to about four different managers to which none could help. I was given the run around when attempting to speak to Mary the manager. The lack of professionalism and customer services of the individuals I spoke with is a reflection of their leadership or lack there off. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and will most certainly take it to the highest levels of management. No one should feel disrespected and seen as a thief when attempting to exchange an item with receipt and...

Read moreTheir employee Janet comes off as very rude. My son and I were using self checkout and tried to pay when the machine stopped working. My son asked ME what was wrong and I said it just broke. Janet stepped in and said "Its called running out of receipt paper". Was I talking to her? Then the following week I call in looking for the tablet PC I ordered because my account said it was there. I was told unless I got an email it was not yet received. So I hung up and logged into my account again and it clearly said it was there and that I needed to go pick it up. I called back and spoke to Janet, she tried to tell me as well I needed an email but I said I never got an email yet my account says its been there a week now and to come pick it up. She went back and looked then said on the phone "its here, come in before 10PM to pick it up". When I tried to ask why I never got and email she rudely cut me off and said "Its here sir just come and pick it up.". I showed up at the store and went to customer service, they called Janet and Janet said get your ID and follow me....she took off walking real fast to the back of the store, I yelled out "am I supposed to be following you"? She said yes...well how about walking a bit slower an acting like it. Someone at Walmart needs to sit her down and have a talk about proper...
