I had a last minute monogrammed embroidery project for my son’s wedding. The ladies at Fleurish went out of their way to get it done and done beautifully!! Every place I called was at least a two week wait. The staff sent it out and had it back in three working days. They were friendly, helpful with suggestions, professional and went out of their way for me with an item that I didn’t even purchase at their store!! So happy to have found it by chance because their merchandise is amazing and unique. Will be getting lots of Christmas presents there this year! ...

One star is too much. So disappointed in my experience today. Often shop here and at local businesses. I visited this store today looking for a baby shower gift, found several items that were perfect but were on sale for the gift; I also purchased a few holiday items that were marked down that I hadn’t planned to purchase. When checking out I asked if they gift wrapped, the response was yes but not for items on sale. Ok, fine. My items were then packed in a lunds/byerlys grocery bag, wow. Fleurish was amazing! I needed a last minute gift for someone. I wasn't able to go into the store and they made sure I was able to get a gift, made recommendations for me, and helped me pick out something even thought I was not in the store. They even went above and beyond and shipped it to me. It was an amazing experience. Their customer service is excellent and they are so kind....
