I’ve known Rachel for years now after she saved me in a wedding emergency, and I can’t speak highly enough about her professionalism, skill, and generosity!

I got married in Italy in 2018 and purchased my dress at a different shop that has since closed. The saleswoman promised me a free veil with my couture gown (which I have on video lol)

Well, the saleswoman moved out of state shortly after the sale, so when I go to pick up my dress months later, the shop owner tells me there’s no veil because they “weren’t bound by any promises the stylist made”… It’s 2 weeks before my wedding and I have no veil.
