Extra Space Storage — Local services in Fair Lawn

Find another facility! This place is managed terribly and they raise rents every few months. I’m looking to move as Public Storage has no loyalty or concern for customers! The place has two doors and one is almost always out of order. In mid October one of the doors was broken, went back on 10/31 (photo) still broken, back today still broken. How can you have one of two doors out of order for a month? To add there are only about 5 parking spaces so if there are others there you need to wait in line and if the weather is bad you’re screwed and if your unit is on the upper floors you have to deal with broken elevators too!. Like I said Public Storage management doesn’t care as I have complained about this location multiple times! Went back again today December 3, 2024…door is still broken. This has been broken since before October 31!!… they really just don’t care about...

I have been at this location now for a bit with a 6 x 5 on the 2nd floor and what started as 67 dollars a month has now increased to 130 dollars a month tried asking why and at first it was some bs about policy this and lease agreement that, until I showed screenshots of the pricing online and then all of a sudden it became oh just call and see if the local office will work with you on the price 😀 what so now we have to haggle with this place to get what is shown, absolutely ridiculous prices especially for what is given the parking lot has 6 spaces which I believe is also the employee parking lot as well and a handicap spot so you have 4 parking spots for however many storage units inside I will say that when it was public storage the people who worked there at that time were great and took the time to show me what the units looked like and how...
