EDITED:
I haven't had any issues lately of wrong orders since this review. Do not know if this is a coincidene or because QDoba has rectified this after this review.
All I can say is, I'm glad.
(Previous Review)= The Bad: 20 % chance. There is a 20 % chance they'll get your order right. I've ordered using DoorDash 5 times, and only the first time did they get my order as I asked. And that's me forgetting if they messed up the first one. But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
Typically, something is missing or they mix up ingredients in different entrees.
Ex. Tocco bowl with tacco strips ended up being a bowl with some tacco strips or jalapeno and beans in different entrees than they are supposed to be.
The Good: Don't get me wrong. The Food is GOOD. If you want healthy options that are actually healthy and delicious, this is the place to go.
You know how you buy at Chipotle or Subway... and it seems healthy, but it really isn't (Subway uses processed meat which gives you a 50% chance of devloping cancer if you eat it daily, and Chipotle can easily have you eating thousands of calories and carbs unless you're eating a salad).
But this place is not like that, and for me at least, I don't feel bad after eating it.
One thing I do not like is the chips. They taste horrible. Or maybe their burnt? I gagged. That needs fixing.
Anyways, good food. I just wish they would get the meals right with more...

The woman making my food was rude and messed up my order. I'm not picky so I let it go. But the amount of food given was equivalent to a kids meal. My bowl was 100% not worth the price. Cashier made me wait longer than you ever should because of doordash. You want to pack one order fine, or at least say hey sorry can you give me two minutes. No problem, but I stood there like an idiot until the rude girl came up to him and said I got a steak bowl. I got the upgrade and dude forgot the drink. I left completely bewildered, and normally my patience is high. I've been on the other side. The overall food and atmosphere was fine. The service was bad enough to make me try Moe's next time then go back to that location

Attempted to give another shot. Service so bad I ended up leaving. Think it was the same rude girl as the first time. Watched her make a burrito. Then ignore me to make two online orders. Scooped some rice into a bowl the wandered off to restock something. Customers in store should come first. Once again I stood there like an idiot for maybe 3 minutes and left. If your behind on your online orders then say something, it's not hard. I'm fine waiting if you have customer service skills. I'm so perplexed. Never had a problem in...
Read moreSo there is a worker named Kevin along with some other workers and they were extremely disrespectful to my daughter. She came in right from cheer practice and they were practically whispering she says and they expected her to hear them?? Then, she says every time she talked, she saw them giggle at each other. She asks for chips for her friend then again, hes practically whispering and when she asks what he said he goes, and I quote, "Did the band mess up you're ears or something?" First of all, it was practice, not a game, there's no bands even when there's games, second of all, when she asked him to repeat he goes "oh nevermind" then looks back at the other worker and laughs. Then she claims they were laughing and discriminating her because she's a cheerleader and young??? Hire better staff that actually knows customer service because my daughter felt degraded and is really disappointed. How disgusting. He was rude from the start she says, and so were the other workers. Also didn't like the food, it was dry. I don't recommend this location because many times have I experienced bad, rude, and disrespectful behavior, but to my 13 year old daughter??? Please...
